価格を考慮すると施設、場所最高です。シャワーは、24時間使えるけど、深夜から早朝は使えない時がある。多分、通常は使えるけど、石油高騰で、ボイラーのスイッチのON/OFを忘れているのでは?

ホアン・キエム湖まで数分の旧市街で玄関出れば即、路上市場。情緒有るエリアの真っ只中。窓有りの中層階は明るく、部屋は小さいけどポットや冷蔵庫など価格の割にはひと通り揃っていてとても快適です。特にスタッフが親切で感じが良かったです。荷物預かりや空港への車手配などもテキパキと完璧でした。

Staying here made my trip most enjoyable.. Philip, Tracey and the rest of the staff made it a pleasure to stay at Trang Trang. I could not thank them all enough. The location of the hotel is so central making it a breeze to get around the city. The room itself is clean, bed is comfortable and have the amenities required. Room size perfect for one person, however they also have larger rooms if travelling as a couple or group. Also breakfast is included.. and the offering is suffice.. you can have local foods or have them make you a eggs on order. If you are interested in doing day or overnight tours... just have a chat to Philip he will be able to sort you out. If I return to Hanoi I will definitely be going back to Trang Trang Premium Hotel to stay. Tony

· We booked 1 night at Trang Trang Hotel . Up arrival, we booked the SHORT PACKAGE 4 days 3 nights as Hanoi Foods tours + Ha Long bay 2 days 1 night on luxury Cruise + airport transportation that all was excellent and great value. Our rooms was very new, modern, clean, great facilities and nice view, great raining shower and comfortable bed. The hotel location is great close to many good restaurants, coffee shops, beautiful Hoan Kiem lake and shopping ... HOW EVER , trang trang hotel is Special hotel than many Boutique hotels in Asia that's about their staffs was awesome, super friendly, amazing and cute, i'm feeling my home when we been their. Thank you very much to MR PHILIP and high recommending to every one looking the perfect Boutique hotel in Hanoi old quarter !

we booked 1 night stayed at HANOI TRANG TRANG HOTEL and upon arrival booked Ha Long bay 2 days 1 night tour on Lapandora Cruise + transportation with Mr. PHILIP was fantastic trip - great price for my group. We loved our rooms in TRANG TRANG HOTEL so much and so on, the staffs are super friendly, helpful, always waited to served us with beautiful - cute smiles. We're highly the HANOI TRANG TRANG hotel to every traveler looking a beautiful hotel with perfect service !

We're really loved TRANG TRANG HOTEL and why did we loved this hotel ? please looking my reason as follows : 1. Hotel is beautiful designed with new style, great location close to many good restaurants, shopping, coffee shops,nice lake view, seeing places, and looked very newest. 2. Staffs are awesome, specal MR PHILIP super friendly and helpful, they did to show us the best Vietnamese restaurants, beautiful place to exercise, great place to seeing ... they helped us to booked the SHORT PACKAGE 4 days 3 nights was excellent and great value. 3. Rooms was large, new, very clean, beautiful decor, lovely - comfortable bed and great raining shower. we loved it !! 4. Breakfast was delicious, fresh with many choice, we loved banana cake and ice milk coffee with box " cafe Phin sua Da "so much. Thank you very much to MR PHILIP of trang trang hotel and we missed you and we will comeback on Next year with my Family and friends !

This hotel was FANTASTIC. It was our first time in Hanoi and the staff could not have been more helpful- gave us a local map and showed us different locations we could take a trip to, food recommendations etc. For the price of the hotel we were not expecting much but it completely blew us away. Breakfast was included and was fab - varied buffet type breakfast with lots of choice. The room was very modern with a comfy bed, TV, minibar, hanging space for clothes and free toiletries The rooms are on the small side but perfect fine for a couple. You'll see in Hanoi this is quite normal and a lot of buildings are on the narrow side. The location was fab too, we came in quiet season and they upgraded us to a lake view room with a view of Hoàn Kiem Lake which was perfect Cannot recommend this place enough :)

第一次去河內便幸運地入住這酒店。這是一家小型的酒店，價格雖然低廉但房間的設備齊全是非常整潔。我特別喜歡我的房間有一個很大的窗戶，因為我愛陽光，起床時打開窗簾，陽光直接投入，感覺非常舒服。客服也非常親切，他們主動介紹酒店附近有什麼特色的商店和地標。酒店附近就是老街市和環劍湖，有很多餐廳和商店，非常熱鬧。唯一是浴室沒有架子來擺放洗頭液，希望可以加裝和改善。但下次再來河內時，必定再次入住這酒店。 （另前台的服務員是一個漂亮的女孩子）

The room is light-filled with big windows which we really appreciated. Everything is clean and well-maintained. Staff is very helpful, polite and speak English well. Our room was quiet and the location is very central in the Old Quarter.
