Sehr schöne und liebevoll geführte Unterkunft. Es handelt sich um ein großes Haus mit unterschiedlichen Zimmern. Wir hatte ein Zimmer in der oberen Etage mit Balkon und Ausblick über die Stadt. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und bietet alles was man braucht. Die Eigentümer kümmern sich auch sehr liebevoll um einen. Es werden Touren, Transferns und Rollerverleih angeboten. Fahrräder kann man kostenlos leihen.

The room was spotless and cleaned daily. The hosts are incredibly friendly and always willing to assist. They offer delightful activities, offer complimentary bicycle rentals, and provide excellent breakfast and assistance in booking a vip bus, which we were unable to find on any booking website! I can only suggest it! I am grateful for the time spent at your place!.

My gf and I stayed here for 6 nights and could not have asked for a better experience. When we arrived in Hoi An by bus, unexpectedly Tinh was waiting to take us to his home on motorbikes, which was a pleasant surprise to start. Tinh works tirelessly to ensure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay in Hoi An. His wife and family were amazing and were just the best hosts and made you feel right at home. One day, Tinh's sister even brought us a delicious banana pancake she just made right to our room to enjoy! They made our Christmas very special with a dinner with other guests and their family. And even some drinks that his uncle came and offered us to celebrate the holiday! Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The showers are great, hot with good pressure, fresh and clean towels are offered every day. Additional amenities included a mini fridge stocked with drinks to buy for just 20k vnd and a TV that did have a couple movie channels in english (HBO/Cinemax) but we never watched. Breakfast is offered in the morning for just $2 USD. We would either enjoy a delicious Pho or eggs cooked anyway you want, along with fresh baguettes that Tinh would rush out on his motorbike to get from the nearby market right after we ordered. Hospitality at its finest! Also included was fresh fruit and coffee or tea. Just a great start to everyday! Old town is located about 10-15 min walk away, or a short bike ride. I am so happy my husband and I chose to stay at Tue Tam Homestay while in Hoi An. It really was a simple bike ride in town and the family at Tue Tam were genuinely friendly and caring. They were able to assist in getting us motor bikes to rent and they have free bicycles as well for cruising around town - which was for sure a huge plus! The room we stayed in was a great size and the air conditioning worked really well. We had our laundry done at Tue Tam as well and it turned out great and was really reasonably priced. After exploring the neighborhood and other potential hotel stay options in Hoi An I was really really happy to be at Tue Tam. :-)

I stayed at tinhs place with three friends and loved it. Very affordable for what you get. Nice breakfast too, very nice and helpful people. I highly recommend tue tam.

We only intended to stay at this homestay for a week, but it ended up being 17 days. We had a very nice room with a balcony, a beautiful view, and daily housekeeping, which the ladys did very well. The family is always very kind and caring about us. They even cooked for us without a reason. I liked it. They also provide free bicycle rentals. I can only recommend this homestay and you must try their coffee.

This hotel is amazing! The staff is the best and goes above and beyond to ensure that you get the best experience! The family who owns it is there when you wake up early and when you return home late, they are not sure if they are sleeping. Breakfast is served with banana cake, it is amazing! Breakfast with drinks, fruit, and banana cake also available. You can choose Vietnamese dishes or eggdishes for only $3. They assist you with taxis, transfers, tours, laundry, food, bicycles, motorcycle rentals, and other great prices. The room is spacious and new, and the bathroom has marble, huge beds, and an air conditioning and fan. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the river and old town, where there is a lot going on, making it ideal distance to avoid all the noise while still walking distance to everything! highly recommended! Preparation ahead of check-out. Because I knew I had to share this fantastic experience!. This hotel is fantastic! The best service is the staff.

Kamarnya sangat bagus, sangat bersih dengan AC dan handuk baru setiap hari. Kolam renangnya juga bersih dan bagus untuk menenangkan diri. Anda dapat dengan cepat mencapai pantai atau kota tua dengan sepeda. Lokasinya sangat bagus. Kami juga secara spontan membantu kami mendapatkan tiket bus setelah tiket yang sebelumnya kami beli secara online dibatalkan. Sangat direkomendasikan!

I wholeheartedly endorse this establishment. The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating. They organized a day trip for us and provided us with complimentary bikes to explore the city. Tidak ada yang bisa dikatakan, kamar dengan balkon besar, sangat terang dan nyaman, sangat kondusif untuk relaksasi! Kami berjalan ke pusat kota dan pantai dengan sepeda (gratis disediakan oleh hotel), kedua perjalanan memakan waktu 20 menit. Sarapan juga enak. Kami tidak melakukan tur apa pun, tetapi jika Anda mencarinya, mereka memiliki apa yang Anda butuhkan! Benar-benar surga kedamaian, jauh lebih baik daripada beberapa hotel yang mengklaim mewah!
