We had a great time staying here. Its surrounded by pristine beaches. The staff is truly exceptional. They will assist you with organizing everything you need without any worries. However, the free breakfast was the only drawback. In reality, you receive recompense from utilizing id cards from the proprietors nearby restaurant. After paying for coffee, juice, or anything else, it costs the same as nearly all breakfast establishments. This small inconvenience adds to the overall beauty of the place.

The location is great, a 2 minute walk to the beach. The rooms are nice, but we had some issues with leaks in our bathroom during heavy rain and they didnt dry very well. Under the coconut tree was the perfect place to start our trip in vietnam. Tien in particular was lovely. She checked in on me when i was sick, helped arrange motorbikes along the hai van pass and booked our transportation north to nimh binh.

The rooms are very cute, but very dark and the walls are thin so you can even hear your neighbors peeing and have to keep quiet yourself. Everything was clean, the staff were amazing, and it was decorated with lots of love. The location is great for wherever you want to go from there. You can pay everything by card. I got fresh towels every day, a bed made, water replaced, really good service.

A pleasant beachside hotel or hostel. We stayed in the dorm with the openair bunk beds. The entire place was relatively clean and there were many fans, which was nice. They are also very helpful and i loved how close we were to the beach. My only problem was that the misquote nets for the beds were stinky and probably not washed enough. Their beds with fans next to their window near the entrance of the room would start to smell like seafood and fish for whatever reason and that was a bit disgusting, there was also no hot water there. Overall if you overlook those minor details, its ok.

It is a lovely property that is easily accessible. The city is not far away, and the beach is within walking distance of it in the backyard. There are also beauty salons and spas close by. Ants were the only problem, the staff was friendly.

I was sad to leave this place! Such a wonderful atmosphere. I loved being able to switch between relaxing on the beach and visiting the lovely hoi an. The double rooms were nice and clean. Although not teeming with party, we did meet many social people staying in the common area. Would love to return!.

This is a really pleasant experience for hostel travelers. It has shabby bunk beds, but its very quiet, and theres tainan around your bed, as well as he mosquito net they put out for you at night. The housekeeping staff makes your mattress every day, making it spotless. With lots of plants and trees and thatched roofs, it feels like you are walking through zen jungle gardens to get to the rooms. Bathrooms and showers have privacy doors, plenty of hot water, an amazing breeze because they are open air. Thanks to Tien, Thanh, all the staff who take care of you every single day make this incredibly welcoming. There is an excellent openair lobby where you can socialize and do all your internet needs. For lone female travelers, this place is extremely safe, with utmost security there overnight. Just around the corner is the beach. You can find many small beachy coffee shops and restaurants, plus you also get breakfast at kens restaurant, which is another fantastic vegetarian restaurant across the street. I adore this location!.

The bamboo huts are a lovely, simple design. They are slightly exposed so you can hear the weather outside and other people talking, but everyone was respectful and quiet at night. Breakfast is served at i local vegetarian restaurant which is only ten minutes away and served such delicious food that we also returned for dinner several times. Such calming accommodation surrounded by beautiful plants and right next to the beach. Thanh and tien, the receptionists, are amazing and go above and beyond to assist you with anything you need, such as travel, scooter rental, laundry, etc. There are mosquito nets for your bed and lots of lovely incense burning to keep them away.

The best hostel in vietnam, a warm and welcoming experience. Very clean, the beds are made daily and the towels are changed. Extremely friendly staff with excellent english. A lot of privacy and also shared relaxing spaces with lots of spice.

This is an amazing place to escape from the noise. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Renting a scooter or organizing transportation is quick and easy. If you can get your own coconut, you will receive free coconut drinks. There are also spa and restaurant vouchers available.

This location was recommended to us by someone we met in Bangkok. He was praising this place very much and i can assure you that he did exactly that. This place is a passion project par excellence! Friendly faces and helpful hands everywhere. Do yourself ota and come here. But be careful, time is easily forgotten here

What a fantastic discovery. Individual huts with private bathrooms are available. There are also dorms available for added convenience. Very clean, daily housekeeping is provided. Great attention to detail. Excellent value. Firstrate service, especially with tin. The location is excellent, right on the beach. Its incredibly magical.

We stayed here on my birthday. Miss Thanh and ms. Tien were wonderful hosts! They decorated the room. It truly made my anniversary very special, thank you again for this. The atmosphere at the hostel is also very relaxed and laid back. Fantastic stay!.

I would definitely recommend a stay here! My experience here was excellent. The place has incredibly cool vibes and is wellmaintained. Its location is directly on the beach, creating ambiance perfect for capturing upscale vacations. However, the staffs performance was by far the highlight of the trip. On the bright side, two girls at the front desk were outstanding, they were attentive and helpful.

During our trip, we stayed at one of our favorite hostels. The accommodations and facilities are excellent, and the location is stunning. It was also conveniently close to the beach, just a 3minute walk away. Overall, the breakfast was reasonably priced and quite good.

I would suggest it to anyone. It is a lovely location that is hidden and situated in its own paradise. Ideal for all travelers, including lonely backpackers, romantic couples, and even large groups of travelers. The owners take great care in operating under the coconut tree, whose name is under coconut trees. Everyone is made to feel at home and welcome by their visitors. Breakfast, which is included with your accommodation, is by far the best feature of this homestay or hostel.

I will definitely stay at under the coconut tree homestay if i visit hoi an again. A really laidback hostel with excellent hosts. There are several good restaurants close by and the beach is only a minutes walk away. Although it takes 10 to 15 minutes to drive from the city, ive spent the majority of my days relaxing on the shore and recharging. They will also arrange for any type of tour youd like, such as supper tours, boat tours etc..
