We had an excellent stay at this hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the kindness and professionalism of the staff. They handled every situation efficiently, especially when they had to adapt to our flight cancellation. Even though we were outside the refund period, they did everything they could to assist us. Additionally, after a restaurant mistakenly charged us twice, the hotel took care of the issue, recovered the money, and refunded us. The hotel is ideally located, just a few minutes’ walk from the city center, in a strategic position. The breakfast is decent, and the value for money is excellent. We highly recommend this hotel!

The front desk receptionists really make this hotel great. They’re very welcoming, helpful and sweet. They set up a last minute tour for me and even walked me to the tour bus. My room was comfortable if not a bit noisy due to the nature of the city. They have done everything they can to mitigate that and it’s just part of visiting Hanoi. I really enjoyed being able to stand out on the balcony and take in the action with my coffee.

The hotel was excellent, but the staff was what truly made our stay memorable. Every member was incredibly friendly and helpful, contributing greatly to the success of our trip. They went above and beyond to assist us with everything, and they were incredibly kind. The spa was also excellent, offering us with the finest massages weve had throughout our twomonth journey.

Overall, i highly recommend staying here. We stayed at the veshia hotel for two nights and had a great time. The hotel is located directly across the road from the old quarters and can be easily reached by crossing the bridge. The hotel staff were extremely warm, helpful, and very nice. We arrived early around 9 am for checkin at 2 pm and they allowed us to check in free of charge. They also provided us with breakfast for that day at no cost. After two days of early morning flight, they packed a delicious breakfast for is. Also, the people at the front desk were knowledgeable, helped us arrange cabs, etc., and provided a lot of information about key places to visit.

Very welcoming upon arrival. Staff extremely attentive and kind. Room large, welcoming, clean and comfortable. Breakfast options are excellent, and staff are very accommodating when helping customers. The dining area is very comfortable and beautiful. I would like to offer all my love and gratitude to the Veshia hotel staff. One morning we knocked on the door and when my husband answered, two lovely young women stood there with a cake for me. As they waited for me to blow out the candle, i received a beautiful birthday song. I have to say that i was absolutely blown away and humbled by the gesture. My name was even iced on the cake, so very kind. Just a beautiful gesture from beautiful people. Every time we leave or enter the hotel, the staff are very attentive. Being a scottish, we find the heat in vietnam overwhelming at times, one time when we entered the hotel, i immediately sat down because i was so hot and tired. The wonderful concierge immediately went and got me some lovely cold tea to cool me down. The hotel is beautiful and very convenient for visiting the old town. But what makes the Veshia hotel and spa so great and special is its staff. They are exceptional in every way, and we thank them for making our stay so wonderful. I also recommend a massage at their spa. This family of three, from scots, highly recommend the Veshia hotel to anyone visiting the old quarter of hanoi, vietnam. You will be well taken care of. Thank you to all the staff at the Veshia hotel and all its staff, you really made our holiday special. Jxx.

Kamarnya tua dan kecil. Kamar mandinya tidak dalam kondisi baik, basah dan terlihat jamur. Di kamar pertama mereka ditugaskan untuk kami (yang lebih besar dan lebih bagus), AC tidak berfungsi. Mereka juga dapat memperbaiki handuk. Namun, mereka memiliki teknologi masuk ruangan berdasarkan kartu, kontrol energi, peringatan digital jangan ganggu atau peringatan masuk ruangan. Mereka memiliki brankas, pemanas air untuk kopi, air panas di kamar mandi. Mereka memiliki spa dan menawarkan diskon yang bagus jika Anda menginap bersama mereka. We stayed at the hotel in veshia for 2 nights and it was a wonderful experience. Located right outside the old quarter, everything is within walking distance. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff is absolutely lovely and really goes above and beyond. We ordered hotpot for dinner at the hotel and were initially told they were out. A few minutes later, the receptionist told us that the chef went out to buy the ingredients for us! Also had trouble booking a Grab bike for one of our trips out and one of their staff used his phone to help us book. Many more small examples of them doing big things for us. Thank you very much for the hospitality and would recommend it if you are in hanoi.

Probably the best hotel stay weve ever had. Very good value for money ratio. Very clean rooms, the most comfortable beds in Vietnam. Top massage and pedicure. Excellent and varied breakfast. But the best thing is the team. Thank you very much to tao, Nam, thuan and the rest for their always friendly welcome and help with all your questions. We would be picked up from the airport and brought back again at a reasonable price. They consistently looked after our backpack for over 3 weeks during our motorcycle trip. On a hangover day they left breakfast for us and brought it to our room later. On the day of departure (5 a. M., they even prepared a breakfast package for us with coffee, eggs, sandwiches and fresh fruit that we could take togo.

We had a great time at veshia. The receptionists were really helpful! They helped us organize a shipping service to come and pick up a bag for us to send home at reasonable prices and timings! Good location, right outside the old quarter, within walking distance everywhere! We stayed for our first night and then returned and stayed again after visiting halong bay.

The full body massage was fantastic! The receptionists girls were incredibly supportive, and the bed was comfortable. Everything was flawless. Despite being in vietnam for two weeks, veshia remains the best place to stay. We felt so good nowhere else. Many thanks, guys!.

The hotel is modern and conveniently located. The staff is very friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The ac worked well and the bathroom was cleaned every day. Breakfast offers a variety of dishes and a menu of which one can choose from four dishes. I recommend the vietnamese pho soup. Overall, we were happy.

The staff is very friendly, especially the girl who works in the morning, thao li, who was very helpful and supportive. She helped us order food online and also kept our luggage at no extra charge when we went to visit sapa. The room is very clean and very comfortable, large sized! We love our stay and will rebook the hotel if we visit hanoi again! Highly recommended!.
