We loved our time in this family hotel. The staff were so friendly and cheerful. They helped us with anything we needed and we were sad we could not extend our stay as they were fully booked up. The rooms were clean and cool and we could walk to the old town.

The villa was amazing. The staff were friendly, rooms big and clean, and the comfiest bed in the world! We also had breakfast one day and it was really nice as well as good value!

The room was very moist and smelt a bit moldy, so did all of our stuff when I left. The villa is about 1 am from Hoi An itself, and the walk isn't the most pleasant. The family is very nice, as is their breakfast. They offer bicycles for free which are a nice addition and definitely worth borrowing! They offer laundry service which we used but unfortunately got our clothes back almost as dirty, stains still visible and lots of odor on them. Won't definitely stay again, but if you want a very relaxing place away from the hustle and bustle, you might want to try it.

The check went without a hitch. The personnel is warm and willing to do anything for you. The room was large as was the bathroom, which contained everything, including toothpaste and toothpaste. Now for the actual issues. The accommodation was large enough, but had the following problems. The refrigerator was turned off when the room key was removed from the wall switch. If you went all day, this was difficult because the milk and yoghurt were destroyed when we arrived. There was a lot of dust, batteries, and children's toys under the mattress. I had to convince the owners to unlock it using the master key because the safe was locked but refused to unlock on numerous occasions. On my final day, it took me at least 15 attempts to open it. Its probably something simple like needing fresh batteries. The ceiling fan had a mind of it's own. It would turn on itself in the middle of the night on the highest setting. Fortunately, I didn't have my laptop or smartphone on the table where it dripped. The pool area was lovely, but the deck was broken and in need of repair. The lamp needed replacement or fixing or tying back onto the tile. See photos. Bicycles are provided free but all require basic maintenance of some sort. The Vietnamese breakfast was really good. Our first visit to Hoi An and we were very impressed with this hotel. The staff are friendly and makes us feel welcome. The hotel and rooms are clean and very comfortable. I will come back. Thank you.

Very well recommended. A friend who lives nearby booked this for us and I was really impressed. The staff were very helpful and friendly too. Although the price was quite low the rooms were excellent, clean and well presented. Very quiet but still very close to Hoi An center.

A beautiful guesthouse with nice staff. A bit out of the city center, but they have bikes to borrow. Beds are very good and the rooms are big. Warm water and pressure. A nice little pool to cool off but not big enough to swim. A sure good choice.

Lovely family run home stay, nice quiet setting close enough to the town. Helpful staff. Great breakfast! More than you could ask for. Free bikes good. Only issue coming back late at night we were locked out and had to climb over the fence, no one had warned us they close doors and gate early. This was quite stressful.
