*** APARTMENT AND BUILDING RULES
1. GUESTS PLEASE keep the apartment clean during your stay, collect trash neatly, and throw it in the trash.
2. Please keep the general order in the building and do not talk loudly when using the elevator, hallway, or lobby.
3. Do not joke, play music, or make loud noises affecting neighboring apartments. Especially, from 10 PM - 8 AM, absolutely do not make noise. (This is the building's regulated time frame)
4. Do not use illegal substances, drugs, ecstasy, laughing gas, gambling, or prostitution.
5. Guests must arrive with the same number of people as the original booking or if there are more people, please notify the company staff immediately. If guests intentionally declare the number of guests staying incorrectly, if the company discovers, we will cancel the room and not refund the prepayment (if any).
6. Before 9PM, guests must provide an ID card, Passport, Driver's license, or birth certificate (if there is a baby) for the company to declare the guest's stay with the building and local police. If guests do not provide information or provide information that is incorrect regarding the number of guests staying, guests will be responsible for paying the fine to the local police.
The penalty fee is as follows: Vietnamese, 700,000 VND (seven hundred thousand VND) / person, foreigners 5,000,000 VND (five million VND) / person
If the guest does not cooperate, we will cancel the room and not refund the remaining payment (if any).
7. BATH TOWELS are used for bathing, NOT for WASHING SHOES. If the guest uses the bath towel to make a stain, the guest must be responsible for washing it as before or compensated 100,000 VND / towel.
8. If the guest damages the apartment furniture, the guest must buy it back as before or pay the amount for the Company to buy it back.
9. We will have a specific compensation for damaged items such as: (stains, damages)
• Pillowcase: 100,000 VND
• Bed sheet 400,000 VND
• Blanket cover: 600,000 VND
• Bath towel: 100,000 VND
• Keycard (Magnetic card): 200,000 VND
• Key: 100,000 VND
10. No pets, no moving of furniture in the apartment.
11. No smoking in the apartment, on the balcony, or in permitted areas.
*** NOTE: If you violate Articles 4,5,6 when the company discovers, the company will cancel the room immediately at that time and will not refund the deposit as well as the amount the customer has paid in advance. In particular, if the customer violates Article 4, the customer must take full responsibility before the law.
***If the customer does not keep the apartment clean, does not clean up after eating, or litters around the house, we will charge an additional cleaning fee of 300k/time.
