Guests may invite friends and family to this apartment as long as there are no disturbances such as loud music - please respect the other members of the community. Guests who cause excessive disturbances may have their reservation cancelled without refund at Elevate's discretion.

There is an extra charge of đ200,000 per person staying overnight over the limit stated on the listing, if said persons are over 12 years old.

Unauthorized late check-outs or baggage storage may incur a half-day (if between 12 and 2pm) or full-day (if between 2pm and 4pm) additional fee at the discretion of Elevate. Beyond 4pm may be subject to further charges. Please be fair to the next Guest.

If smoking or vaping: please go downstairs onto the ground floor.

If you choose to smoke on the balcony: please firmly close the balcony door, completely put out any fires after you are done, and do not throw anything off the balcony.

Guests will be charged đ1,000,000 + the cost of damage repair (if any) for smoking-related smells and damages.

Please note that drugs including marijuana and "happy balloons" are illegal substances in Vietnam and often result in severe penalties from police for both locals and foreigners.

Guests who are not Vietnamese citizens must provide a photo of the picture page of their passport to be registered by Elevate with local authorities prior to check-in.

Guests who are Vietnamese citizens must register themselves as Guests via the VNeID mobile application on the day of check-in. If you do not know how to do so, we can assist.

These requirements extend to Guests visiting the property but not staying overnight. Non-compliance may incur fines up to đ5,500,000 per unregistered Guest on the property in the event of a random police check.
