The hotel offers a reasonable price for sydney per month. It is located close to the sea in i good neighborhood. The walls in the room are tattered. There is dust in it. However, the bathroom is clean and doesnt smell bad.

We made a booking for this hotel a few months ago and didn't realize until we arrived that it was not the hotel we had originally believed. Grand sunrise 2. We decided to try it rather than cancel. On the plus side, it is in a wonderful beachside 100 minutes walk. Although it is also a nice beach with several appealing eateries, there is still a lot of construction work in the surrounding area. I counted nine cranes along the beachfront alone and others around the hotel. Back at the hotel, we found the breakfast to be rather poor, with awful coffee. We had one experience. The room was adequate, the only minor issue for me and probably larger for some users. In my opinion, there is only one double socket in the room, and because of our plugs, we were unable to fit two together. I wanted to like this place after our error, but it just didn't convert me.

I stayed here for 5 days. The place is very clean, the girls that work there are good at English, and they are very helpful. Theres 1 bad review here which is wrong. This place is close to the beach, and they provide a delicious free breakfast in the mornings. This place is cheap, and I say it again very well, say hello to Annie and long for me, there are girls who work there, the beach is 12 blocks away, just a walk away.

We stayed in hostels around Vietnam and this was a welcome nice change. A private bedroom and lovely bathroom in a good location near the beach for 28 dollars a night. Can't beat that! Staff were friendly and helpful.

This is very recommended. This hotel has a clean and modern room. The service is very impressive. This hotel offers a wonderful value. The breakfast was a bit unusual for a western person, but it was perfectly adequate. The pool on the roof is nice.

During our trip to Da Hang, we made a reservation at this hotel. The hotel is close to the beach, and the city itself is gorgeous. The hotel was inadequate, however. Mold was found in the bathroom, near the vents, and throughout the sink area. There were stands on the towels. Fortunately, the room flooded through the window while it was raining last night. The air conditioning barely kept our room cool. It was the farthest thing from a three-star hotel. Maybe that was at one point, but they really stopped cleaning this area, which is a sign that they are no longer doing any maintenance on this establishment.

The price is reasonable, the location is convenient to many restaurants and the beach, and although the room is clean, it feels crowded and a little small. The male staff was friendly and allowed us to store our luggage until the end of the day after we checked out.
