The checkin process is quite simple. They have already written it down completely. The location is in the old quarter and close to many delectable foods and adorable stores. It is very strategic. And the room is very comfortable and suitable for sleeping and resting. It is worth the price.

This hotel is in a great location, very close to hoan kiem lake and the gothic church in the old quarter, but quiet and peaceful. They were great hosts, easy to talk to and very helpful. We celebrated our birthday at the hotel and the staff were kind enough to decorate our room and arrange cake at a reasonable price. We had an early morning flight to catch and would have missed breakfast - the staff made sure to arrange breakfast boxes for us before we left. The room was clean and tidy with all the necessary amenities, but the bathroom (pot area) was transparent idk why. Apart from this, everything else was perfect. The breakfast buffet and the cafe in the hotel were also nice.

Our family of four stayed in connecting rooms for a total of five nights and loved the hotel. Its simple and clean. Breakfast is amazing and has something for everyone including my glutenfree vegetarian wife. The staff are the jewel of the hotel. They are so nice and helpful. Lucy and Rosie at the front desk were great. When we were leaving late at night on an overnight train, they stored our bags all day and provided us with towels to take a shower before starting our next adventure. The location is perfect, providing access to the best cafes, restaurants, shopping and sights of hanoi.

The staff is amazing and the location is perfect. The photographer was good at collating marketing material for the rooms. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the rooms, they are smaller than we expected. The staff are local experts and really helped plan our trip before we arrived booking our trips and making recommendations. Quinnie, mymy and rosie were standout staff members they just went the extra mile. Nothing was too much trouble. Great value for money and a truly lovely experience. Thank you team brilliant!.

A fantastic hotel in the historic district. The service was excellent, and the staff was outstanding. I felt at home in the city because everyone was so kind and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel if you want a central location with friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is centrally located, bars, restaurants and attractions are all within walking distance. Made to feel welcome the moment we arrived. Early check in quickly. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Provided many recommendations, especially for restaurants. My partner raved about the spa facilities. They opened a coffee shop at the front of the hotel the day after we checked out and gave us free coffee to try. Coffee is top notch.
