The staff was really helpful! They book a tour for us and they guve us great tips! You can have bikes for free :) And the pool has and amazing view!! I love this place!

West Hotel is an amazing place to stay. It is in a beautiful part of town, where you can walk out and immediately see a culturally rich street full of freshly caught fish, many types of fruits, not many tourists, and friendly people. The service was amazing as well. We wanted to go to the floating markets, but wanted to take a private boat (instead of a touristy boat), just me and my boyfriend (and the boat driver). West Hotel was able to accommodate this request with flying colors. Not only were they able to get us a friendly boat driver who would take us out at 4:30am until 11:30am, but they had a delicious breakfast ready for us at this time as well. We went to the floating markets, a fruit garden, a noodle factory, and more. It was absolutely wonderful. The only concern we had while staying at this hotel was nothing to do with West Hotel, but a problem that has been occurring with Hotels.com throughout our two weeks in Vietnam. For every hotel that we've gone to, there's been some sort of issue where the hotel is unable to see our Hotels.com booking because it is not going through from Hotels.com. Luckily, we just show them our booking confirmation once we get there and after waiting about 10 min or so, we are accommodated by the hotel....but Hotels.com really needs to fix this. If the hotels are all booked, they might not have been able to accomodate us. I recommend calling hotels booked through Hotels.com in advance to make sure they are aware of your reservation.

L'hotel est bien situé, près des embarcations pour les marchés flottants, de la promenade près de l'eau, des restaurants, du marché de nuit et en plein coeur d'une rue marché public. Le meilleur des hôtels que nous avons eu en 21 nuits au Vietnam. L'hotel mérite un 4 étoiles plutôt qu'un 3 et une note d'au moins 9.

Nous avons visité Can Tho en janvier 2018. L’hôtel s’est avéré un très bon choix. La localisation en fait le meilleur choix. Les chambres sont un peu défraîchies. Déjeuner style buffet très complet.

Ottimo hotel buona posizione area ristoranti e shopping, pulito centrale e vicino ai traghetti. Staff professionale e cortese. Solo un problema con la housekeeper che ha ritirato l'accappatoio dal letto dove lo lasciato e non l'ho più rivisto. Ho informato la reception dell'accaduto,ma nessuno sapeva dov'era. Giustamente mi sono tutelato affinché non me lo addebitassero. Problem whit the housekeeper for One Lost bathrobe, bad service!

Great location right off the Delta. Within walking distance to restaurants and markets in a tourist friendly area. Hotel staff was fabulous. We were able to book a personalized Mekong Delta tour through the front desk. They helped us with bus tickets for our return to Ho Chi Minh City and were nice enough to write out a few phrases for us in Vietnamese for our taxi driver. The hotel itself was lovely, luxurious and spacious. Would highly recommend!

Man bliver lidt bange når man kommer til hotellet, fordi det er bagsiden man bliver kørt til. Der må ikke køre biler ved frontvejen. Men man bliver mødt af et venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Vi var tilfredse med at vi havde valgt dette hotel, fordi det har en unik beliggenhed i et typisk lokalområde, tæt på restauranter og flodpromonaden. De fleste hoteller ligger i områder hvor der intet liv er.

Great value in the heart of the night market. Room was clean and spacious. Good variety at breakfast buffet. Can hear traffic a bit on 5th floor. Pool was nice.

We stayed for a night in this hotel. All the staff are very friendly. They helped us to rent motorbike, to find tourist guide, to reserve a return bus ticket, to call for taxi without extra charge. They can speak English very well. The hotel also located in front of the market and quay. You can easily catch a boat to Cai Rang floating market from here. We plan to extend another night here but it was fully booked.

The West hotel Can Tho is exceptionally well situated ,very comfortable with lovely rooftop swimming pool. At the moment they are building a rooftop restaurant and bar which when finished will be really something. Our only minor criticism is that for us there is not enough choice for the western style breakfast when you compare it with the choice available for the vietnamese breakfast.
