In operation since 1902, Bojonegoro Station is a large train station located in Bojonegoro. It connects the city to other destinations such as Semarang and Jakarta, as this is often a stop for major routes across Java. The station is in the city center and is easily reachable by taxis or online ride-hailing services. Facilities include information desks, charging points, and prayer rooms.

Originally built as a tram station, Tegal Station was bought and renovated into a train station instead. It currently serves the majority of intercity trains, regardless of class, passing through Central Java. Located on the east side of town, the station is close to the town square (alun-alun).
