2. What are the benefits or advantages of ordering To Do Multi Order?

Bookings and payments are made in one transaction, so that your vacation becomes more effective and efficient. The other benefit is, you can have the opportunity to get rewards in the form of free tickets (Bundling Get Free).

3. What Attraction Products are available for To Do Multi Order?

The attraction products will be updated regularly, you can ensure by checking at the attraction products that have bundle tagging.

4. Can To Do​​​​​​​ Multi Order Products be selected according to my wishes?

To Do multi order cannot be selected according to your wishes, this feature will automatically bring up several available attraction products.
 

5. Can To Do​​​​​​​ Multi Order orders apply for NON-IDR payments?

This order packages apply to Multi Currencies, including non-IDR payments.
 

6. Can To Do​​​​​​​ Multi Order orders be added with Insurance Protection / 100% Refund?

You can add Insurance Protection / 100% Refund, but before that you need to check first to the refund value in your package, if:

• 100% Refund Allowed: tickets can be refunded without having to add Insurance up to 100% Refund.
• Refund Allowed: tickets can be refunded without having to add Insurance, but with a refund policy of not more than 100%.
• Refund Not Allowed: tickets cannot be refunded.

Meanwhile, if you want to add costs for insurance protection, you can turn a package that previously could not be refunded, become refundable. 

7. Can To Do Multi Order ticket orders be made for different dates?

Multi order tickets can be ordered on a different date from the previous Main Attraction ticket. 

 

8. Can I order To Do Bundling Get Free tickets for different dates?

No, Free Bundling tickets have a predetermined usage time limit.

9. What is the maximum order amount for To Do Multi Order?

The maximum number of To Do add-ons is 5 attraction products.
 

10. Can To Do Multi Order orders be subject to schedule changes?

For To Do Multi Order, schedule changes cannot be made.

 

11. After the Order ID appears, can a refund be made on one of the attraction tickets?

Refunds can be made on attraction tickets that have a refund policy.

 

12. Can I make a refund at once (on all orders)?

To cancel bundling tickets, customers can cancel each ID detail one at a time.
