Harga sangat tidak sesuai dengan kondisi baik kamar dan area hotelnya. Jorok. Harga segitu seharusnya ada sabun, bukan sabun batangan, sampo, sikat gigi. Dan saat saya menginap ada tukang2 lagi ngelas proyek pekerjaan dan langsung menghadap jendela2 kamar. BERISIK. Tidak ada estetikanya sama sekali hotel dan seluruh areanya. Minimal ya diperindah. Mahal lho per malam dan penuh banget pengunjungnya. Saya gak tahu SDM disana apa memang seperti itu tidak bisa membedakan mana bersih mana jorok, etis atau tidak ada tukang2 berisik pas di sebelah kamar2. KECUALI HARGANYA SE PER TIGA NYA baru masuk akal, secara umum gak ada komplain.Tidak ada Parkir Speda Motor yang Layak juga. Namun PEKERJA2/PETUGAS2 HOTEL SUDAH MELAYANI DENGAN MAKSIMAL, RAMAH, GERCEP DLL. Saya tidak tahu manajemennya atau owner nya yang perlu diperbaiki tidak hanya uang,uang uang atau MATRE tapi ya fasilitasnya dong. Yang menginap kan juga manusia dan bayar TIDAK GRATIS.

Kamarnya bagus bersih, ac nya adem (penting buat yg gasuka cuaca panas spt saya), lingkungan kamarnya juga enak banget. Depan kamar ada tempat duduk untuk santai dan suasana sejuk karena banyak pohon dan tanaman. Yang kurang dari hotel ini cuma tdk adanya connecting door, jd yang booking 2 kamar untuk keluarga aksesnya kurang fleksibel dan tidak ada kaca di dalam kamar kecuali kaca toilet. Tapi overall pengalaman yang menarik menginap di hotel ini. Plus pelayanannya memuaskan, semua staffnya ramah dan helpful terutama staff restaurant dan bar 👌🏻💯

Tempatnya sih luas, ada 3 kamar tidur dan semuanya AC, dapur,meja makan kamar mandi 2(ga ada water heater). Tapi ada 1 kamar yang AC nya ga dingin sama sekali, kulkas dan TV nya pun ga nyala, air galon harus beli sendiri. Udah komplen tentang AC yang ga dingin ke yang punya penginapannya tapi ga ada respon sama sekali
