Staff ramah dan helpful semua, room nyaman, semua eksperiencenya oke kecuali soal makan. Saya datang bersama rombongan teman2 yang cuma bisa kumpul setahun sekali, dan cuma bisa stay satu malam, pengen banget bisa makan malam bersama dengan menu lengkap yg bisa dipesan jauh hari, jd kami bisa berkumpul sambil makan, tp disini hanya tersedia menu yg hanya dipesan mendadak, pembuatannya memerlukan waktu dan bahkan datengnya tidak bersamaan. Jadi suasanya aneh krn kami harus makan sendiri2 walaupun duduk dan 1 meja, momen yg waktunya jarang kami punya jd ga sesuai ekspektasi.
