Very peaceful, very spacious rooms. It is just on the entrance to the bypass road of pai. Everything about this place is perfect except the staff does not understand any level of English. From the sleeping comfort to the parking facilities, everything is perfect.

I spent four nights in one of the bungalows in mid-february 2020, and I would happily stay there again if I ever returned to Mae Hong Son. First and foremost, the family that runs Warm More Guest House are incredibly kind, and the man in charge makes you feel very welcome if you need anything, simply ask. They not only assisted me with a tub to the bus station upon departure, but they also took care of my laundry for a very reasonable price. The guest house is in a great location because it is just around the corner from the lake and nearby restaurants, but it is also incredibly quiet and local. The bungalow itself was comfortable, had decent air conditioning, and was simple to fall asleep in. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay at Warm More Guest House, and would recommend it to anyone.

This property is nice for a stopover in Maui Hong Son, but it may be away from the city center so better if you have your own transport. The rooms were ok and modern, but there was no furniture on the large balcony, which seems odd why I put the balcony in unless I expect people to use it. There is no restaurant, which is acceptable, and there is no breakfast, which is odd given the type of hotel. The staff was a bit bureaucratic, but it was pleasant enough. Not much personality to the place, but it appeared better than the town center options we saw.

Parking for motorcycles is available. It's easy to find a nice, clean bungalow with a warm shower. Everything works, fridge, kettle, etc. Staff is helpful. It's hard, but that's Asia. I would recommend and stop.

Check in time was on March 5, and the day receptionist lady who check us in was very polite, and she deserves credit for arranging a scooter rental for me. The room size was good and the location was very near to the main town. However, I was a little disappointed that a hotel as such could not provide an additional pillow when requested. To do so, I had to roll up the bath towel with the existing pillow.

The Point Villa is a nice place to stay about a minute's walk from the latenight market. More restaurants are nearby. Very friendly personnel but little English experience. Large room and dino bathroom with shower and shower. Extremely hot water in the shower. Pay attention to the bathroom window doors on the top floor. Nothing behind and you will fall down 3 meters! There is air, fridge and television foresee. The room smells musty. Breakfast is very simple and includes two slices of toast, two eggs, two sausages, water, coffee or tea.

The location is good to walk where we need to go, and a quiet street in the local area. The room is very spacious and clean. I also used the onsite washing machine. Check in and out was easy. There was a nice common seating area which we didn't use but I saw other people reading there.

The worst hostel we've been in Thai Land. The bungalows and the place are pleasant but hard to sleep. The hotel is near a very busy road and a passage for drunk people at night. Hotel portrayed itself as slow life, but it is more! We felt the employee was taking a sleeping pill all day. Breakfast is not great.

The room itself was spacious enough and functional, but there were, to be quite honest, a few things that put us off. First, there is no proper bathroom, instead, there are two microscopic spaces designated on a side shower room toilet sink located inside the room! Pillows are extremely hard and difficult to sleep on, no hot water while showering is only lukewarm. The walls were also full of various stains, and the bulkhead area where the sitcom unit was located was all damp with plaster hanging in places, ready to peel off anytime. The luggage space was inadequate, which was a shame. Finally, for some unknown reason, there are no chairs or tables on the terrace, which again proved to be a wasted space. On a positive note, the reception staff was always very helpful and positive. Since there aren't many people hanging around at the time, we enjoyed the pool area. The mini fridge safe box and air conditioning were both effective. Strong wifi signal throughout the apartment and a respectable size. Nice tiny guesthouse in Mae hong Son right by the lake. I stayed in one of the huts, which is spotless and complete with everything you might need. The owner is friendly and eager to answer any questions. There is no breakfast selection, but the Mae hong Son morning market is a fantastic place to sample some of the local foods. Try one of the noodles located on the north side of the market. The ac unit seemed too weak for the room, making it difficult to cool the room during the day. I wished to rest for an hour or so in the afternoon because the heat in Mae hong Son was intense. Not a big deal during the cooler months, but it might be difficult during the hot seasons. However, overall, a fantastic option for the price.

The location is very good, going out and walking the little night market, going to the lake and temple area.. Nice. they also have a service for airports. However, the receptionist has trouble speaking English. Rooms by the roadside are noisy, look for another room. The de luxe room has enough room, everything works. Breakfast for Asia might be OK, for western style a little bad. Overall, compared to other hotels in Thailand, it's too expensive.
