- SMOKING POLICY : Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the villa indoor area (including Living Room, Kitchen, Bedroom and bathroom). - COOKING POLICY : Cooking is strictly prohibited within the villa premises to avoid certain risks such as fire hazards and potential damage to the property. We will impose Minimum RM500.00 up to the equivalent cost of the repairs or replacements needs on any guest who violates the cooking policy.

- STAIN AND DAMAGE POLICY : Should any stains, including but not limited to those caused by urine or blood, be discovered on the bedding, pillow linens and etc during or after your stay, a cleaning fee RM300.00 will be applied to your room charge.
