Fantastic. It's the perfect mountain ski lodge for normal people. Staff jumps to please you. Great breakfast. Great location. Reasonably priced. The history of Banff is all over the photos on every wall. It's like staying overnight at the museum but as comfortable and homey as your grandparents cabin. Loved it.

The hotel is super cute and right in the center of town. I was worried about traffic noise (there's construction right outside) but they must have good windows because it was quiet. Breakfast is pretty good, a plus is that they use actual dishes, not creating lots of garbage. Overall a lovely stay, we'd come back. One thing to note is that the hotel parking is limited to vehicles under 6'5", but we were able to have our truck next door in a different garage that's up to 7'6", for free until 8am. Have a national park pass in your vehicle!

Great location…right in the middle of everything. Close to public transit for easy rides to attractions like the Gondola ride and the Upper Canada Hot Springs. Loved our loft room with the balcony! The view was great.

We had the best stay at Brewster Mountain Lodge. The staff were helpful, kind and welcoming. The breakfast included in the stay had lots of options including gluten free! Even with construction happening outside the lodge was clean and quiet. We are fortunate to be upgraded to a suite with a balcony. This was a lovely room with a fantastic view of the street and mountains. The downtown location was ideal and we were able to walk and use the busses anywhere in the vicinity. You won’t be disappointed with Brewster Mountain Lodge.
