Eine gute Erfahrung! Es war ein sauberes perfekt geschnittenes Appartment mit Küche. Man konnte dort auch Besuch von 4 Personen bekochen und am Tisch unterbringen.

Excellent accomodation, highly recommended. Stayed in a 3 bed appartment for 8 nights in May 2024. Very well decorated/styled, cleaned daily, kitchen well equipped, outdoor space nicely set out and furnished. Air con in each room. Manager Nicole is very helpful and very quick communication on whatsapp. Any issues were quickly resolved. Acomm 10mins easy walk to beach, restaurants and minimarket nearby. Parking near acomm if you have hire car.

I was beyond impressed with the place we rented. It was extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. I loved the patio area. Spacious and comfortable with a nice Mountain View. The location was convenient to the grocery stores, restaurants, shops and bus stop! Nicole was AMAZING and very helpful in arranging excursions and transportation to get back to airport. I highly recommend Loukas and Emma.

We loved this hotel. It was nice and clean and each apartment had it’s own private Jacuzzi. My husband and grandchildren really enjoyed this. They also had some very friendly cats that my grandchildren really loved. The black beach was in walking distance. Nicole was very pleasant and helpful with helping to plan our activities.

Our family visited the island in the off season in April so things were quiet, but we liked it that way. The manager, Alex, was friendly and helpful and even gave us a phone number to reach him. He set up our boat trip to see the valcano. The three bedroom house was comfortable and cute and good for the price. The bathroom was small but did have a tub (a small one). There was a washing machine and a clothes rack to dry which we used. There was some construction going on next to the property which I think was the cause of us not having hot water for a shower one morning but was resolved by the next day. Out side of the front door was a patio with porch swings and a table and chairs. There was also a hot tub but it was not full because of the time of year. The house was cleaned every day including our dishes which was much appreciated. All around enjoyed the stay. Would recommend if you are looking for a quite place.

Amazing little place with our own hot tub which waa great to unwind in. The room had everything we needed - only downfall was that the Wi-Fi was terrible in our apartment (9). We got greeted by loucas late at night and he was a very pleasant boy. Nicole also tried to help with any trips or excursions we needed. Great stay and would recommend.

Great location in Perissa, can walk to market and restaurants. Clean, had a washing machine. There were 6 of us in 3 bedrooms with kitchen. Very helpful, held our luggage. Building are cute and typical of Greece, white and blue. Good housekeeping! Can walk to Black Beach-Perissa beach which has beds to rent and restaurants.

My cousin and I stayed at Loukas & Emma family houses for 1 week in July 2017. Emma & Loukas were there to meet us off our transfer from the airport. They were extremely helpful, friendly and spoke good english. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment which had two sunny private terraces. The apartment was very clean, neutral and decorated tastefully. In addition there was a washing machine in the bathroom which was very useful! There was room service daily to make the beds, provide fresh towels and do a general tidy up (they also did our washing up!). By our second day we were keen to rent a quadbike to see the rest of the island. We spoke with Emma, who was on reception 8am-6pm everyday, to ask where she would recommend for us to rent the quadbikes. Conveniently her father, Nick, owns a local rental business and was able to provide us with a high quality bike for a brilliant price. Overall our experience at Loukas & Emma family houses was very positive and we would strongly recommend the apartments to friends.

We loved the room, with all you need for a comfortable stay, little kitchen, small appliances, washing machine... a very nice little porch with a table and chairs... Close to perissa and perivolos beach, a supermarket and many restaurants Very clean and wonderful service. Emma was really great and helpful.

Abbiamo soggiornato in un grazioso appartamentino con terrazzo, camera da letto con angolo cottura e bagno. L'appartamento era spazioso (per due persone), pulito, ordinato e dotato di comfort quali la lavatrice, lo stendibiancheria, l'asciugacapelli, la tv e naturalmente il wi-fi. L'appartamento, essendo esposto al sole, era piuttosto caldo, ma essendo dotato di climatizzatore ciò non ha rappresentato un problema. Le pulizie venivano effettuate ogni mattina, la donna delle pulizie ci faceva trovare tutto in ordine e pulito. I due proprietari, Emma e Loucas, si sono dimostrati disponibili fin da subito, quando ancora non eravamo arrivati dato che appena prenotato e pagato ci siamo rivolti a loro per alcuni dettagli: hanno risposto alle mail in modo puntuale, si sono preoccupati di chiederci se avessimo bisogno di un taxi fino all'aeroporto, e così via. Ci chiedevano tutti i giorni se fosse tutto ok, se avessimo bisogno di qualcosa, sono sempre stati estremamente disponibili ed accoglienti. Capiscono e parlano discretamente l'inglese. Ci hanno consigliato cosa vedere nell'isola, si sono occupati loro del noleggio auto per muoverci all'interno dell'isola, ci hanno fatto sentire tranquilli per tutto il soggiorno. La colazione, per evitare sprechi, andava concordata la sera prima: ci facevano scegliere da un menù cosa mangiare la mattina seguente, e dato che c'era molto vento in quei giorni, un paio di mattine si sono presentati al nostro appartamento con la colazione.

We stay here for only 2 days and we had a great time here. It takes only 5 mins to the bus stop and supermarket and 10 mins to the famous beach - black sand beach. There are bars, restaurant alongside the beach, it is so relax to have a drink and sunbath there. The room is clean, tidy and equipped everything you needed, like cookware, iron and washing machine.

Esperienza molto positiva. L'appartamento sembrava appena ristrutturato, spazioso, pulito e anche molto profumato. Letto matrimoniale a baldacchino, soggiorno con angolo cottura spazioso con tavolo, divano e televisore gigante! La struttura in tutto il suo complesso è molto graziosa e ben tenuta. La zona è tranquilla e isolata ma non è certo un albergo panoramico vista mare.
