We stayed at Gerald Homestay for a few days. The room was fine and air-conditioned. The bathroom could use some renovation and be ready for a cold shower and toilet that doesn't flush very well. We didn't have any nice, which was a little annoying. The big problem was the noise - we were looking forward to a lot of sleep, but didn't really get any. The staff lived right next to us and would sit on the terrace all night talking loudly! There is also a mosque who shouts over their speaker already at a certain time. The breakfast was also good, except we only got the correct order one time out of 5. The homestay is close to a major road which is also nice. We got towels when we asked for them. Our room didn't get cleaned while we were there, and when you are on the beach every day, you drag a lot of sand in. Also, on the internet, it says the rooms will be cleaned every day, which is untrue. Bottom line: Next time we would probably stay somewhere else so we could sleep.

Hotel yang sangat bagus. Hanya 5 menit dari Pasar Malam Bar Restaurant dan Staff yang sangat ramah. Halaman luas, Anda dapat menyewa sepeda langsung dengan harga yang sangat murah. Kenangan yang harus di ingat. Terima kasih Graham Hoste dan staf.

We stayed at the Gerald Homestay for several days. The accommodation is adequate and has air conditioning. The bathroom may use some renovation and be prepared for a cold shower and a toilet that doesn't flush well. We didn't get any nice, and a little annoying. The noise was the major problem. We were hoping for a lot of sleep, but unfortunately we didn't get any. The staff lived right next to us and spoke loudly all night on the terrace! Also a mosque would yelling over its speaker at midnight. Breakfast was also acceptable, but we only ordered the correct order once out of five. The homestay is close to the main street, which is also nice. When we asked for them, we got towels. Our room didn't get cleaned during our stay, and on the beach you drag a lot of sand in. It also claims that the rooms will be cleaned every day on the internet, which is false. The bottom line is that the next time, we will probably stay somewhere else so that we can sleep better.
