penipu, jangan sekali2 pesan disini pertama booking pemilik minta bukti sudah bayar stelah dikirimkan bukti sudah membayar malah di blokir, karna pesanan tidak bisa di refund akhirnya saya menyadari telah di tipu, oleh pemilik dan tiket.com juga yg membiarkan sya ditipu ini pengalaman pertama dan terakhir saya tidak akan memakai tiket com dan hati2 booking disini karna rawan utk kena tipu

Dari awal pas saya chat adminnya sudah ga enak. Slow respon buangettt. Trus pas sampe di chat lama bales, ditelp direject. Baru dibales setelah beberapa lama dan dia baru bilang ada tambahan hrg kamar sebesar 75rb. Ok lah akhir setelah menunggu lumayan lama kita masuk kamar dan sangat2 kecewa bgt. Kamarnya jorok. Sabun ga ada, seprei ga ada yg bed dorong, exhaust fan ga nyala. Asli saya & kel kecewa bgt. Krn saya sudah 5x nginep di bassura tp baru kali ini pake gracefull. Kapok saya pake gracefull. 👎

DONT STAY HERE! Extremely terrible service. Had to wait for more than 4 hours combined just to take and give the apartment key to the staff. Worse, i have to wait because the staff sleeps until 8 AM while my driver license got taken for guarantee. The admin staff is extremely unreliable, blame me for basically making them wait 1 min while i wait for HOURS. Terrible team and service Room was quite dirty, especially the bathroom. I was too tired and disappointed to even take photos. AGAIN, DONT BOOK AND STAY AT ANY GRACEFUL ROOMS!!!!
