Pertama datang bingung gak ada receptionis, kontak di travel agent pun tidak ada, nanya ke security tapi sangat bad pelayanan malah nanya ke org lain “ada bookingan gak, dan di bilang gak ada kok dari tiket.com, oke saya balik lagi lobby dan sudah benar kesal karna lontang lantung 1 1/2 jam, tbtb ada poster di dekat lift dan di coba di hubungi tidak lama security yang tadi bilang tidak ada bookingan ngasih kunci unit, hahaha lawak sekali, untuk pelayanan samgat hancur, untuk kamar berdebu fasilitas wifi dan tv tidak berfungsi, plus nya fasilitas dapur terpenuhi, tingktkan lagi pelayanannyaPopular Facilities
