Apartemen ini memiliki lokasi yang sangat strategis, dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan, stasiun, universitas, serta ramah bagi pelajar atau mahasiswa. Fasilitas yang disediakan cukup memadai, termasuk kolam renang yang berada di lantai 2, yang memungkinkan Anda menikmati suasana perkotaan sambil berenang.

Kelebihannya adalah area parkir yang luas, mulai dari depan drop off lobby, samping drop off, Lt. Semibasement, Lt. B 1, Lt. B 2, terdapat 2 lobby lift dengan masing-masing 3 lift penumpang dan 2 lift service. Di GF, terdapat courtyard yang indah untuk nongkrong. Dilengkapi dengan restoran, kedai kopi, toilet umum dan toilet khusus dengan kursi roda, mushola. Bagus sekali di lantai 1, terdapat kolam renang lengkap dengan ruang bilas atau kamar toilet dan wastafel. Mantap. Di lantai RG khusus area terbuka dan kantin dengan view margonda atau UI atau Kelapa Dua. Bagi mereka yang suka menggunakan drone, sangat direkomendasikan! Ke UI sangat dekat, tinggal menyeberang JPO yang sudah disiapkan di depan apartemen. Kekurangannya, tempat makan masih sedikit. Mohon ditambah lagi.
