I booked for three nights. The people are very friendly and will help in any way they can. I rented a scooter from them. Almost the same price as other rentals. The villas are clean, and the private pool is clean. I didnt encounter any insects inside the villa. The villa is comfortable. Regarding the location. If you have a scooter it wont matter because everything is reachable by scooter.

Vilanya bagus banget, pemandangan sawah di depan vila, konsepnya dengan kayu dan fasilitasnya dilengkapi dengan kolam renang pribadi, sangat mengesankan menginap di sini bersama orang tersayang. Vila ini tersedia 5 vila dan semuanya one bedorooom vila dan semuanya dengan kolam renang pribadi. Pemiliknya sangat ramah. Pasti akan kembali lagi ke sini.

We stayed here with my husband for a week and loved the villas. Very private atmosphere and a cozy feeling. Located in a peaceful area, surrounded by rice fields. The owners are friendly and hospitable balinese people. 10/10.
