puas banget walaupun sayangnya pas renovasi jadi pas ada pembangunan tanggul karena kalo hujan sepertinya air danau luber sampai depan kamar , jadi pas pagi banyak tukang untung kita sudah mau check out , salut sama pelayanannya bagus banget, kayak pas di kintamani walaupun hotel kecil , staff tidak berseragam tapi pelayanannya luar biasa gak kalah sama hotel , ramah2 dan helpfull banget baru sampai langsung dihampiri staff nya kamarnya aesthetic kece banget dan pemandangannya luar biasa bagus banget, pinggir danau dan belakangnya perbukitan, apalagi kalo pagi di danaunya masih ada kabutnya , tempatnya dingin banget padahal bawa selimut tambahan dari rumah masih berasa dinginnya fasilitas : ada hair dryer , ac portable, camilan ,air panas terbatas 15 l habis harus nunggu 30 menit , smart tv bisa nonton netflix , ada kursi lipat buat duduk2, ada semacam kain songket 2 bagus buat foto atau buat selimutan , bahkan ada bunga beneran di vas dapat welcome drink ( gak cuma gelas kecil kayak di hotel ya kemarin dapat teh kopi) , ada afternoon tea teh/kopi + pisang goreng , breakfast ala carte pilih menu sesuai request termasuk jajan pasar + buah, kalo malam males keluar bisa pesen di staf nya , makanannya di plating cantik ala cafe/ hotel malamnya pesan nila yg gede banget dan murah walaupun rasa ikan nya kurang bumbu ,bisa pesen baberque surprise tiap kamar dibikinin api unggun depan kamar masing2 😍 saran : mungkin bisa ditambah water heater karena staff tidak standby 24 jam dan breakfast baru siap jam 8 tidak bisa bikin kopi pagi2 semoga setelah renovasi makin cantik, dermaganya juga diperbarui terimaksih banyak buat mas dan mbak staff nya
