The food is so fresh and really delicious, outstanding breakfasts !! Such a nice staff in the property, very helpful and very carrying people.. just always there really no matter what time it is. Villas clean and are cleaned literally everyday with such precision bedsheets changed everyday, towel , wardrobes and pool is heated ! Which is great..! The only minus for me is manager, she never even said bye while I was giving back my keys, no interest in anything during stay and also at check out. Sad because staff is really amazing.. also very disturbing is moving by buggy always waiting and need to ask few times and seems this not really working as it should and the only thing also is location. Is very far so consider that while you stay besides it’s great!!

Hotel ini benar-benar luar biasa. Hotel ini dibangun di dalam hutan, tetapi mudah diakses dan sangat nyaman. Staf sangat sopan dan sangat responsif. Makanannya enak. Lokasinya juga sangat bagus. Agak jauh jika Anda ingin mengunjungi Bali Selatan secara teratur tetapi sangat sempurna untuk hal lainnya. Sangat direkomendasikan.

We stayed here for two nights and loved the peace. The location is beautiful secluded, surrounded by lush greenery i felt like i had my own private corner of bali. The heated plunge pool was a real highlight, especially in the evening when the jungle air turned cooler. The staff were warm and helpful throughout. Thank you to the gentleman who helped us carry our luggage. We also asked for mosquito repellent one evening and it was almost immediately delivered to us. Service like that really stood out. The food offered a fair range and we recommend sticking to local Indonesian dishes, they were packed with flavour and clearly the kitchens strong suit. The western options were less impressive i tried the pizza and it didnt quite meet the mark but overall the local food more than made up for it. The villa is great for exploring nearby activities, but its a bit far from shops. Thats not a complaint, just something to be aware of. There is a small minibar with some essentials. The only disappointment was one dinner service. Up until that time, i was looked after by a lovely female staff member who was very attentive. But on our last night, a different gentleman was serving, and unfortunately the experience didnt match the standard we expected. There were only three couples dining total, but after receiving our mains quickly, i waited for over 15 minutes for someone to clear the plates so we could order dessert. No one came, so we eventually left. Still, this was a peaceful and memorable stay with stunning scenery and warm hospitality. With a little more consistency in service, it would be almost perfect.

Menginap di sini adalah cara terbaik untuk mengakhiri perjalanan kami di Bali. Tempatnya indah, tenang, stafnya luar biasa dan makanan dan spa-nya luar biasa. Saya berharap kami bisa tinggal lebih lama di sini, tetapi perlu diingat bahwa jarak tempuh ke pusat Ubud minimal sekitar 15 menit. Anda juga harus memesan tumpangan dari kamar untuk mengantar Anda ke lokasi penjemputan dan Gojek sulit ditemukan, tetapi staf sangat membantu dan memanggil sopir untuk kami yang akan kami atur tumpangannya.

The hotel is 20 minutes from the center of ubud, but due to the traffic, it takes about 30 minutes by scooter (maybe 4045 by car). Very beautiful and charming rooms in true balinese style. The private pool is a good size and warm. The staff is very kind, helpful, and reactive. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful. You take it in front of the main pool, at the Jack fruit restaurant, where we also had lunch and dinner several times. The spa and massage were absolutely relaxing, surrounded by the jungle and listening to the wind in the trees and the flowing water.
