(1) This is NON SMOKING APARTMENT, Smoking allowed in smoking pad / outside the building apartment.
(2) It's forbid to showing your booking ID to the receptionist, building management officials, or security.
(3) It's forbid to asks receptionist, building management officials, or security for assisting you privately, and expect them to serve you like hotel staff.

"Your access will be blocked, electricity and water suspended if you violate the provisions no 1-3 above."

(4) Please don't THROW TRASH OUTSIDE window, door, or balcony.
(5) Please respect and use our TOWEL FOR BATHING only.
(6) Please TURN OFF ELECTRIC DEVICES such as AC, Stove, KETTLE, TV when you left the apartment.
(7) Please DON’T EAT CRACKERS AND GREASY FOODS INSIDE THE BEDROOM
(8) Please contact Host to get an access for Apartment facilities, gym, sauna, steam room, child playground, and other sports fields. The access subject to availability during booking process.
(9) If you BROKE/LOST the ACCESS CARD, you’ll have to pay IDR 400.000, ‐ for card replacement.
(10) If you broke our facilities, we will charge and fine you on the damage.
