Despite of disappointing issue in the booking confirmation process that show poor service quality communication performed by the villa's admin/marketing , the villa itself could be considered clean enough, quite modern compared to other villas nearby, and nicely located since it is on the last block, so you'll have the tree garden view in front of your stay. We could suggest that many door hinges need to be replaced since they are making creaky uncomfortable sound especially in the night time (room #1 door and its bathroom door). The other thing that there is no free water refill and no housekeeping services at all during our 4 nights stay. Hopefully there will be significant improvements on the villa's management service quality. Could be better tho but overall was just an okay stay for us.
