The centrepiece of the villa is its expansive pool, stretching 17 meters in length, 3 meters in width, and reaching a depth of 1.4 meters. Surrounded by a sunken sofa and inviting sun loungers, the pool area provides a perfect spot to bask in the tranquillity of the Ubud's nature.

Each of the three bedrooms offers a haven of comfort, featuring air conditioning, luxurious amenities, and a private en-suite bathroom. The master bathroom features a bathtub. The bedrooms provide a peaceful retreat for rest and relaxation.

The villa's living space invites you to unwind in comfort, boasting a spacious sofa, smart HDTV, and panoramic vistas of the picturesque rice fields and pool area. Adjacent to the living area, the fully equipped kitchen and dining space are perfect for enjoying delicious meals prepared with fresh local ingredients.

Convenience and security are assured with ample private parking for 1 large car and several motorbikes, as well as a 2.5meter wide access road. 

Your stay includes daily mineral water, high-speed WIFI, and regular cleaning, gardening, and pool maintenance services, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience.

House Rules:

1. Check-in begins at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges. Late check-in after 8 PM: IDR 200,000 fee applies. 

2. A safety deposit box is provided in the room. We are not responsible for valuables left unattended. For additional secure storage, please contact us.

3. Use of the swimming pool and all facilities is entirely at your own risk. We are not liable for any accident, injury, loss of life, or property damage within the premises.

4. Drone use requires prior approval due to guest privacy.

5. Pets and durian are strictly prohibited on the property.

6. Quiet hours are from 22:00 – 07:00. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially in outdoor areas.

7. Outside vendors require prior approval. Approved vendors may be subject to a venue fee starting from IDR 500,000. Unauthorized vendors may result in a minimum fine of IDR 1,000,000. If there is any service you require that we do not currently provide, please feel free to let us know your preferences and we will be happy to assist where possible.

8. No parties or events inside the villa. Unauthorized events may incur a minimum penalty of IDR 1,000,000 and may lead to eviction without refund if complaints arise. 

9. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only. Violations will incur a minimum penalty of IDR 1,000,000 per affected area.

10. Commercial photography requires prior approval and must respect the privacy of other guests.

11. Guests are responsible for any damage, stains, fire incidents, or loss of property during the stay. All charges must be settled before check-out.

12. Cooking is allowed in the kitchen area only. Open flames (including BBQ, candles, incense, and fireworks) are strictly prohibited.

13. As Bali is a tropical island, occasional geckos, ants, insects, or other small wildlife may appear despite regular pest control.

14. Parking is for 2 small cars / 1 large car / several motorbikes, with 2.5m wide access road. Advanced reservation for parking is needed.

15. Important Check-in Requirement
In accordance with local regulations, all guests are required to complete the guest registration form during the check-in process with our villa team.
Please ensure the following details are prepared:
- Passport / ID details for all guests
- Visa type and expiry date for all guests
- Contact number of the main guest
This registration is mandatory and must be completed at check-in to ensure a smooth arrival.
