エレベーターだけは古風ですが、部屋、お風呂、ロビーなどは新しく大変気気持ちがよかったです。お風呂は眺望もお湯も、雰囲気も◎。食事は夕食、朝食とも内容、鮮度ともに最高。首都圏の同クラスホテルのコースをはるかに凌駕しています。加えて、スタッフのサービスも爽やかで言うことありません。また、ぜひお世話になりたく思います。

Wonderful staff who was very helpful and provided a lot of local knowledge and recommendation during our stay. The hotel is a little bit outside of the central Hakodate area but easy to get to via tram/bus/taxi. The onsen view was wonderful and it was cool to see the airport not too far away!

赤褐色の湯が、ここだけということで選びました。また、最上階に湯処があり、露天風呂からの眺めが素晴らしいかったです。夜は空港のライトアップ、朝は海が一望できて、最高に気持ち良かったです。お部屋も綺麗でしたし、朝食のみでしたが、種類豊富で美味しかったです。息子と2人で来ましたが、今度は家族全員で来たいですね。

チェックインからチェックアウトまで、とてもスムーズでした。客室も喫煙ＯＫだったのですが、まったく煙草の臭いもなく、新しい畳のかおりで快適でした。(きっと消臭効果のある壁紙なのでしょう)朝夕、バイキングでの食事だったのですが、どちらも品数、味ともにとても満足致しました。（地元の物に加え北海道の美味しいものがふんだんに使われていて、ついついおかわりをしてしまうほど)大浴場は　それほど広くはありませんでしたが、混み合うことなく、ゆっくりのんびり浸かることができました。露天風呂も大変良かったです。

조식 석식 다 겁나맛있음. 노천탕도 최고. 남자쪽 1개 여자쪽 1개 있음. 목욕탕 자판기가 살짝 아쉽지만 뭐 무관함. 마호로바랑 같은 계열사라서 같은 온천화장품들 배치되있음. 졸좋음. 밥도 마호로바랑 거의 비슷한 류로 등장.
