Great, calming place. It was perfect for our part of the trip as we wanted to relax and be surrounded by beautiful nature. The staff was nice and went out of their way to be helpful. The majority of people who stayed here were older people and families, but I did not mind that at all. There are a lot of amenities and it was the small features that made me feel extra comfortable. I absolutely loved the foot bath that was out on the balcony for example. Also, the view was excellent. I had my first onsen experience here as well. It was a lovely and relaxing experience. I wish it was more common to have that as a regular part of our day and culture. My friend and I also tried the in-room massage. It was an interesting experience but I could not fully get over the fact that it was in our room. The massage ladies were nice but also got shocked by our body types...anyway, overall it was a great experience. I would definitely stay there again.

It’ a traditonal Japanese Hotel with hot spring we expected. It’s good. Clean room, nice outside bath, many menu of dinner and breckfast with tasting.

予約をネットでしていたのですが、その時に車いすの者がいることも、伝えてなかったのですが、すごくいい感じに対応していただきました。従業員の教育もとても皆様しっかりとしていたし、いろいろな対応も迅速丁寧にしてくれたので、とてもいい時間を過ごすことができました。また伊東へいくことがあれば、利用させていただきたく思います。お部屋のお風呂が温泉にはびっくりしました。いつも車いすの者が温泉にははいれないので、今回は本当に喜んでいました。有難うございました。とても気持ちのいいお宿でしたので、友達にも紹介したいと思います。本当にありがとうございました。

立地的に館内が坂道になっているのは仕方ないことですが、足が悪い人や歳をとった人には少しキツイかも。露天風呂まで行くにも階段が多いのが難点。食事はバイキングですが、かなり豪華ですー

スタッフの対応も良く、温泉、食事共に大満足でした。部屋に清潔感もあり良かったのですが、夜寝る時、静かになると設備の水をくみ上げる音なのか騒音が響いていたのが気になりました。

大浴場、食事も朝夕共に大満足な内容ですが、Hotel自体が古いためお部屋の天井、ふすま、壁、トイレ　と古さ（清潔感を感じられません）が目立ち、子供は怖がり落ち着くことが出来ませんでした。　リフォームをご検討頂きたいです。

禁煙の部屋が空いてなかったので仕方ないのですが、やはり匂いが気になりました。バイキングの天ぷら、ステーキは美味しかったです。他のものはもうちょっと豪華さが欲しかったかな？スタッフの対応は親切で良かったです。

古くからの友人４人で宿泊しました。年に４~５回旅行に行くのですが、他の宿泊施設と比較しても、スタッフの対応、食事等充分満足できるものでした。和洋室の部屋に宿泊したのですが、思ってたより狭い感じがしたのと、メイン通りからの入り口が分かりにくかった感じがします。でも全体的には満足できました。

従業員の方は明るく元気があり、気持ちの良い対応をしたくださいました。お風呂は三パターンあり、どこも清潔でした。水風呂有りとなっていたのですが、冷水を汲んでかぶる事しか出来なかったのが、残念でした。食事はバイキングでしたが、どれも美味しかったです。特にお刺身が新鮮で良かったです。焼きたてピザ、焼きたてステーキ、揚げたて天ぷらも目の前で調理してくれてアツアツが食べれるので、とても満足です。部屋はガーデンスイートのタイプでしたが、広々とし清潔だったため、快適に過ごせました。コスパの高さを感じました！

価格を考慮するとかなりお得なホテルです。バイキングの中華料理は、食べる人が少ないから残るともったいないと思います。刺身のクオリティと種類は良くないし、寿司のネタも残念です。天婦羅の２度揚げは良くない。料理の種類を精査して品質を向上してください。
