Starting 1 June 2026, changes in local tax regulations will require guests to pay an Accommodation Tax at various updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property at check-in. The tax is determined based on the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows: 【Accommodation Tax from 1 June 2026, onwards】 For room rates less than JPY 6,000: None For room rates JPY 6,000 or more: JPY 300 (*JPY 200 for the first 3 years after the program starts) *For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “room rate” shall refer to the room-only rate, excluding meal charges and consumption tax. * Please settle the payment at the hotel upon check-in, even if you have paid by credit card in advance. *Applicable conditions for taxes, etc. are determined by each local government. All rooms at the hotel are non-smoking and all rooms have futons, therefore the property will not accommodate special requests for large beds and smoking rooms.
