We stayed in this property for five nights and absolutely loved it. The room was spacious, clean, and had all of the things we needed for a great stay in Kyoto. I’ll focus on two of our biggest needs as a family of four - transportation and food. Transportation - bus stops right outside and across the street. Umekoji-Kyotonishi station is an easy walk through the park, which is a slightly longer walk than just walking along the east-west road that is just a block north of the property. It’s just such a nice walk to go through the park. U-K station is one stop away from Kyoto station and a direct line to Arashiyama. East access to all that you want to get to. Food - There is a restaurant downstairs that serves Taiwanese food. Really good! There is also a wonderful bakery around the corner in a narrow alley that serves vegan white bread, delicious coffee, and lots of other fresh-baked goods. The curry bread was my favorite. Check out Tsujiya Umekoji Kita for a fun izakaya experience. Great food and environment. Best meal we had in Kyoto. Lots of other food options around that we weren’t able to take advantage of on this trip. 7-11 and Ministop nearby. We loved this place. Great launching point for our Kyoto adventures. Looking forward to staying again.

Lots of space in the family room. Clean, nice room with everything we needed. Very quiet street, near a beautiful park, two massive temples an aquarium and a train museum. 15 minutes walk from Kyoto central station. Would recommend

Our family of four had an excellent stay. There plenty of space and amenities. Convenient location and a great restaurant in the building. The only issue is that there is no staff on site, and when we went to check in we had to call someone who required that we pay an additional Kyoto tax prior to giving us the room code.

El hotel es increible, si bien esta a unos 15 min de la estacion central, tiene un para de bus en la puerta, eramos 5 en la habitacion, tiene de todo, hasta una play 5, a mis hijos les encanto, en la esquina tiene un seveneleven para comprar comida. solo tener en cuenta que el checkin se debe hacer en la estacion central y no en la propiedad, tambien tiene un locker para dejar las maletas. muy recomendable.

Such a well layed out room. Separate toilet, sink and shower areas. Loved that the shower area could be used to dry our clothes while we were out for the day. The washing machine and detergent was easy and quick to use. Very clean. The place was perfect for our family of 5 with older teenage kids.

這是第二次入住RESI STAY系列了，這次辦理入住手續時很幸運的遇到了Jian,語言通真的就得就很讚！有小廚房、有洗衣機、還有附洗衣球、還有自由行必備的浴缸、垃圾袋也有附、吸塵器，對於長住真的很方便～

部屋はとても綺麗で、キッチン、大きな冷蔵庫、洗濯機もあり快適でした。また連泊でもゴミはすぐ下で自分の好きなタイミングで捨てれるというのも部屋で食べたものをすぐに持っていけるので、すごく嬉しかったです。このご時世、外食は避けたいな、と言うときにとても安心して泊まることができました。このコンセプトはぜひ多くのホテルに参考にしていただきたいとさえ思います。いつも4人での宿泊選びは大変で、、、また一階の台湾レストランも、想像以上に本格的で、いい意味で驚かせていただきました。ぜひまた行きたいと思います。あえて言うと、せっかく置いて頂いている洗剤の匂いがかなりキツく、もう少しソフトな匂いであればと思いましたが、そもそもサービスで置いて頂いているので、問題ではないです。

宿泊施設にはレセプションがなく、京都駅前のオフィスでチェックインする必要があります。それに関するメールも受け取っていたのですが、見落としてしまって苦労しました。でも宿泊施設に関してはとっても綺麗で広くて文句なしです！

This hotel is highly recommended. The kyoto train station and numerous restaurants could all be reached on foot from this hotel. After a long day of sightseeing for us, the room was cleaned, peaceful, and completely dark at night, ensuring a restful nights sleep. However, we were required to check into another location, which was a bit further from the hotel location, which i found to be unnecessary.
