[ID card] Foreigner guests are requested to show a photo ID at check-in.
A cleaning fee of JPY 11,400 will be charged per booking.
Business hours are from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM.
Check-in time is 03:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Shoes are not allowed inside the property.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms, garden, and on the street outside the property. Any damage caused by negligence or smoking will result in a charge.

If the guests plan to arrive outside of check-in hours, the guests needed to contact the property in advance. The property will make special arrangements.
Please pay the accommodation tax in cash upon check-in. Other payment methods are not accepted for this tax.
Please pay the accommodation tax only directly to the property at check-in. The accommodation tax is charged per person, per night, based on the room rate. The details are as follows.

If the room rate is less than JPY 6,000: JPY 200
If the room rate is JPY 6,000 or more but less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400
If the room rate is JPY 20,000 or more but less than JPY 50,000: JPY 1,000
If the room rate is JPY 50,000 or more but less than JPY 100,000: JPY 4,000
If the room rate is JPY 100,000 or more: JPY 10,000

For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “accommodation fee” will refer to the room-only rate, excluding any meal charges and consumption tax.  
Please settle the payment at the hotel upon check-in.
Shuttle: A one-way free shuttle bus is available from the reception counter in front of Kyoto Station to the facility.
