-※ｹﾞｽﾄ様の原因により火災が発生し､部屋の使用が不可能となった場合は5250万円の賠償を頂きます｡ ※火事などのﾄﾗﾌﾞﾙに関しましては､一切責任は取りません｡ ※室内での喫煙は禁止させて頂いております｡ 万が一喫煙が発覚した場合は､違約金として50,000yenお支払い頂きます｡ ※家の中でのﾊﾟｰﾃｨｰや､騒音を出すような行為はご遠慮下さい｡ ※ﾁｪｯｸｱｳﾄは午前10時までにお願い致します｡ 午前10時を過ぎてもﾁｪｯｸｱｳﾄされない方には､10分毎に1000yen頂きます｡ ※ご滞在中にﾎﾟｹｯﾄWiFiを無くされる､または壊されてしまった場合は25,000yen頂きます｡ ※ご滞在中に鍵を無くされる､または壊されてしまった場合は25,000yen頂きます｡ ※無断で規定のﾁｪｯｸｲﾝ時間前にﾁｪｯｸｲﾝをされた場合は5,000yen頂きます｡ ※ご予約の人数様よりも多くの方が宿泊された場合は､宿泊料金を倍にして請求させて頂きます｡ ※WiFiの充電器(ｹｰﾌﾞﾙやｱﾀﾞﾌﾟﾀｰ)を無くされる､または壊されてしまった場合は2,000yen頂きます｡

This place is NOT a hotel, if there are any problems call ME directly
- Please be notified only booked guests are allowed to stay
- Strictly no smoking inside the house, but you can smoke in smoking area or at the balcony
- Please turn off the lights, TV and air-conditioner every time you leave the room
- Please respect for the others during the stay in the place, be mindful of the noise (strictly no party and event allowed)
- Keep room clean and help save the belongings
-Turn off lights, air conditioning, and electrical appliances when you are not using them.
- Lock the door and close the windows when leaving the property.
- Be careful when using cooking appliances, heaters, or other fire hazards.
- Treat the property like your own home.
- Additional charges may apply for any loss or damages.
- Guests of all ages are welcome.
