As of 1 March 2026, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is determined by the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows: 

【Accommodation tax through 28 February 2026】  
For room rates less than JPY 20,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 500   
For room rates of JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 1,000  

【Accommodation tax from 1 March 2026, onwards】  
For room rates less than JPY 6,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 6,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400  
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 1,000   
For room rates from JPY 50,000 to less than JPY 100,000: JPY 4,000 
For room rates of JPY 100,000 or more: JPY 10,000   

For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “accommodation fee” will refer to the room-only rate, excluding any meal charges and consumption tax.  
Please settle the payment at the hotel upon check-in.
The property is located in a residential area and strictly enforces a no-party or excessive noise policy.

The property does not have reception. Guests are required to inform the property in advance of their estimated time of arrival.

There will be special check-in instructions attached to your confirmation email after the booking is made. Please follow the guidelines to ensure a smooth check-in.

This is a strictly non-smoking property. Guests are responsible for all costs, damages, and liabilities caused by smoking.

Guests are required to take off their shoes when entering the property.

Check-in or check-out outside the mentioned hours is not allowed or may be subject to an additional charge.
