2. How the check in procedure goes?
Once we received your confirmation of booking, we will send you a registration form to fill via What sapp during check in date. Please fill in the details and we will help to send it to Timur Bay management and security guardhouse as pre-registration purpose. *We provide such pre-registration service so that you do not need to spend your time waiting and filling in the form at security guardhouse once arrived.*
When you almost arrived or have arrived, kindly contact us and so that our team could wait you at the security guard house in order to pass you the key and guide you the allocate parking lot.


3. What is the approximate time for check in and check out?
Our Standard check-in time for Weekday is 3pm to 7pm while Standard Check-In time for Weekend / Peak Season / School holiday / Public holiday is from 4pm to 8pm. Standard Check Out time is 12pm. Late check in after 7pm for weekdays and 8pm for weekend should be informed earlier and it is based on the availability, otherwise the booking is considered burnt. Check in after 9pm will not be entertained.

Early check in can be arranged subject to the room availability. Brief wait for check-in is required as unit ready depends on the period/season (especially during peak season and fully booking). If you're here early and the room is not yet ready, feel free to enjoy the surroundings and facilities in Timur Bay!*Check In time for Instant booking on same day is MINIMUM 3 HOURS AFTER the booking confirmed.*


4. Is cooking allowed in the property?
Cooking is not allowed in our property unless you have booked for long stay, we could provide induction cooker upon request with deposit required. This is because we hope that you can really put down your burden and enjoy the stunning natural view in Timur Bay. We hope that you can enjoy your stay without the smell of kitchen smoke and grease oil. However, we do provide basic kitchen amenities and water kettle and microwave in which majority of guests love to buy food and heat it up in the property.

5. Who should I approach when I wish to book or register for facilities in Timur Bay?
You could always approach us as our team will always on call. We could help you to book or register for facilities use with Timur Bay Management, and will let you know if there is refundable deposit required. Please do not hesitate to contact us when you have any doubt or problems encountered in Timur Bay. If there is any problems found in the unit, kindly contact us so that we could settle together. We loves when our guest could reached us immediately and directly so that we could provide the best solution to you.


6. Any deposit required?
Yes, a damage deposit of MYR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. Guest should be reimbursed within 2 days of check-out. Guest deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.

7. As a guest myself, I always take good care of everything in the accommodation when I travel. Therefore, I have the same expectations from my guest too. Thank you.


Kindly take note that one free allocated parking with provided for one unit. Starting from 1st March 2024, TimurBay Management has implement on-site visitor parking with charge, RM15 per lot per day. Early reservation required. First come first serve basis. Additional car should be inform before 12pm on the check in date, and the payment and parking lot reservation should be made before 12pm on the same day. Please contact our staff if there is any extra parking lot required and my team will check with parking availability and help to make the reservation.
1. Is this a hotel?
This is a privately owned serviced apartment & does not have any front desk reception. Once booking is confirmed, we will contact you as soon as possible, we will provide the information on check in procedure. However, we do practice SOPs that aligning with government during cleaning the property and upon guest check in.
