Once the reservation is made, you will be sent a payment link (from the REDSYS payment gateway), so that you can make/authorize the payment by double authentication through your online banking. If you have not activated online card payments, you will be provided with the bank details so that you can make a bank transfer.The people who are going to stay will receive a rental contract that they will have to return signed to the accommodation before arrival. If they do not receive the contract on time, they will have to contact the accommodation management company by calling the number indicated on the booking confirmation.
