The hotel is located in a quiet area but still close to the city center. Our room was very spacious and clean. There is a nice pool in a small garden. Breakfast was good but ordering coffee takes forever. The staff is very friendly.

Hotel ini cukup jauh dari pusat kota Siem Reap. Yang terpenting adalah layanan yang sangat perhatian! Tapi selain itu hotel ini jauh di atas standar Asia Tenggara. Tentu saja Anda tidak bisa mengharapkan standar bintang 5 Eropa dan satu-satunya kelemahan kecil yang hanya bisa saya sebutkan adalah kamar mandi yang agak jarang dilengkapi dengan toilet yang goyah. Jika tidak, kamarnya bagus, sangat luas, tempat tidurnya nyaman dan yang terpenting, sangat bersih (pujian untuk layanan kamar saat ini). Yang juga sangat penting adalah sarapan yang sudah termasuk dalam harga, ini adalah yang terbaik yang saya miliki dalam 2 bulan perjalanan ke Asia Tenggara. Kolam renang hotel tidak terlalu besar dan terletak strategis di antara pohon palem dan jauh dari jalan raya.

I had a wonderful time. The deluxe room was perfect in every way. Very romantic. The pool and gardens are absolutely stunning. This is a truly unique and peaceful place. The staff is amazing, very kind and gentle. I love this hotel and highly recommend it.

Hotelnya bagus, stafnya sangat ramah, kamarnya sangat luas dengan tempat tidur nyaman dan bantal yang empuk. Hanya sepuluh menit berjalan kaki dari jalan utama, yaitu pub steet yang bagus, karena jalannya agak bising.

I really enjoyed this hotel. A 2 dollar tuktuk ride to pub street. The staff is very nice. They will arrange anything you need with a smile. The breakfast is also very good.

We stayed as a family of four over the new year. Our stay was very pleasant and peaceful. The hotel is located a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the main city. Transportation is only $2 and easily accessible. It takes barely 10 minutes to get to main pub street. Breakfast buffet is nice. Service can be a bit slow but the staff is nice and helpful. Savon who ran the front desk was amazing. Prompt response to my email request was very helpful. The rooms are very large and clean and the air conditioning is very good. So is water pressure. The pool area is nice and quiet for a relaxing evening. My only request is to install shower curtains in the bathroom. The shower water gets messy. They had plenty of toiletries but we didnt use them. There is a small shop across the hotel where you can buy water if you need it. They also arranged all our transportation which was very helpful. Overall a great experience. I would definitely stay here again.

Lingkungannya sangat asri, halaman dipenuhi pepohonan, berbagai pohon palem, buah tropis tumbuh di sekitar kolam renang, dan banyak peri kayu di bawah pohon. Restorannya sangat nyaman dan sarapannya sangat enak. Wisatawan Tiongkok tidak dapat mengharapkan pelayannya bersikap sopan. Kamarnya bersih, tempat tidurnya nyaman, dan karpet di bawah meja kopi di kamar lucu dan nyaman. Kamarnya besar, tapi ada nyamuk, jadi saya harus mematikan AC sepanjang malam. Lobi depan besar dan ukiran kayunya indah.
