Airline Schedule Change Policy Island Hotels Ltd - The Edgewater Resort & Spa and Club Raro Resort For non-refundable bookings and those outside standard cancellation windows impacted by confirmed airline schedule changes from Air New Zealand, Jetstar, Hawaiian Airlines, Air Tahiti or Air Rarotonga: A date-change credit will be offered at the original booked rate, valid for 18 months from the cancellation date. Where a guest is unable to travel due to an airline-related disruption and requests further consideration, this may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation (e.g. flight change/cancellation notice) will be required. Cancellations unrelated to airline schedule changes will remain subject to standard booking terms and conditions.
