Clean, small but nicely arranged. One of the young male front desk staff was pretty arrogant. I had call about a sawing kit before going to the front desk purchase it. He said he misunderstood and didn’t have it. He even interrupted his colleague when she said they have it. I called housekeeping and they delivered two sets for free.

It was a very modern and updated hotel. Very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They did a really great job of keeping up with cleaning the rooms and replacing all the towels. Its in a great location also. Lots of stations nearby and also lots of restaurants and shops all within walking distance. The only thing I would like was that the refrigerator never got cold and maybe the addition of a microwave would've been nice. But overall, a great stay. Would highly recommend

had a great stay at iclub for my short. visit to hong kong i chose this property because of how conveniently located it is to mongkok and everything i wanted to do and see. there is plenty of food on the same block as the hotel so i never went hungry. just 3 doors down is also a nice lady who does laundry same day within 2 hour and that was perfect for me on my 4 day layover in hong kong the room is very nice and modern and had everything i needed.

スタッフの方々が皆様とても親切でした。お部屋も綺麗で清潔でした。ウォーターサーバーや無料の朝ごはんのパンがいただけたのがとてもうれしかったです。立地もとても良く、最寄りに2つ駅があるので色々アクセスも良かったです。ホテルの周りに深夜までやっている飲食店もあるのでご飯にも困らなかったです！香港に行く際にはまた利用したいと思いました。ありがとうございました。
