Everything was fine, including the location. The price range is reasonable when compared to other hotels nearby. The personnel were really kind, but the rooms are okay for the price. They have elevator.

The room wasnt very spacious for 3 people. And the location is always packed as its close to the market. The rooms would have been much cleaner.

This is a budget hotel. The location is not nice and very noisy. The road is very busy with people. Hot water is not available all day, especially at night. The rooms and sheets are not clean. But the staff are friendly and supportive.

This hotel is walkable distance from the new delhi railway station. The rooms are also decent. The rent of the room is acceptable. However, there are many other hotels nearby and more near to the railway station. One can also take a good look at them.

I visited there in the summer, and it was a wonderful experience. They provided a nice, spotless room the price was a little high for that room, but that was okay because their staff is trained and they do everything on time. The owner was incredibly kind and humble by nature. When i questioned him about my desire to check out a little later, around two or three hours, he answered, it was fine we take care of our guests, and this man won my heart. One thing i would advise you guys to avoid going there with any rikshshawala or toto man if you choose to go with them, the hotel receptionist has no choice and will tell you a slightly higher price because they demand a brokerage fee from the hotel to provide guests.

Situated in the heart of the city. The receptionist was welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were of decent quality. It had a slight odor, like cigarette smoke. I stayed in room 105. The balcony door is simply a sliding glass door without a lock, which does not appear secure and lack privacy.

Hotel avtar is the best choice if you are traveling alone, with family or as a pair. The way of hospitality and behaviour of the receptionist was very good and calm. They spoke very well and respectfully. Also, the rooms were clean and affordable.
