The room and furniture were old but functional. Smell a bit moldy but tolerable. Everything else was great! The staff were very helpful and nice, the pool was clean and well maintained. We even tried their massage service and it exceeded our expectations. One downside is that there was construction next door, so we always wake up with a drilling sound.

I organized transportation from the airport to the hotel. When i arrived, their man was there with my name on. Felt like a rock star. I could have had a driver arranged by anhera for my journey onwards, but i already had. I stayed at anhera for 11 nights. I was a solo traveller. When i first entered, i was given a welcome drink and a big smile. I will miss those smiles, especially when breakfast was brought to me in the morning. Breakfast was varied and had enough variety to ensure i could have something different every day. I didnt try the restaurant although the menu looked good and reasonably priced. I didnt use the spa offered. Again, the prices looked reasonable. Every day my suite was cleaned. Nothing was taken, everything was kept tidy as it should be. Even the garden was given a onceover. I am a fairly private person, and i never felt unnecessarily disturbed. The suites are on different floors, so people cannot see into the suite. You can lay in bed or the jacuzzi bath, which was amazing, and look out over campuhan ridge. Waking up to that view every day was a reason to smile, and i didnt want to get out of bed. There is a small fridge that is not stocked. There is a kettle, and water is provided daily. 2 bottles. The staff is not 100% fluent in english. I am 0% fluent in indonesian and i have application translate so language barriers are not an issue and a smile is universal. The center is noisy with many motorbikes and you can taste the air. The location is a bit far from the center, but it was perfect for me. There is a minimarket across the road, an atm, and always a taxi driver ready. A little further down to the left is a bigger supermarket. If spas are your thing, turn left or right and you cant miss a spa. Also, look out for nadir. A simple, cheap but beautiful small restaurant. I really think anhera is perfect for families, couples, and single travelers. There are steps so its not suitable for wheelchair users or those who have difficulty climbing stairs. If i

Saya sangat suka dengan bathtubnya, kamarnya juga bersih dan bagus. Mungkin sarapannya perlu ditingkatkan. Kolam renangnya juga kurang bersih jadi kami tidak sempat berenang. Ada tikus di balik dinding yang sangat mengganggu tidur kami.

Saya ingin menulis ulasan tentang properti ini, semuanya dimulai dari check-in, kamarnya sangat kotor, saya memesan kamar dengan kolam renang pribadi, kolamnya juga sangat kotor, berlumpur, saya bilang tidak akan Saya tidak tinggal di kamar ini, staf mengatakan semuanya akan baik-baik saja besok akan dicuci, saya menolak dan meminta untuk menunjukkan kamar lain, kamar lain juga kotor, tapi tidak ada kolam, kecoa di kamar, semut merangkak di tempat tidur dan lantai sangat kotor sehingga ada jejak yang tertinggal saat Anda melewatinya, staf memindahkan saya ke nomor lain dan mengatakan bahwa di pagi hari saya akan menghitung ulang biaya karena tidak ada kolam, saya harus pergi ke toko, ketika saya kembali dan meminta perhitungan ulang, manajer mengatakan bahwa dia akan menulis di WhatsApp sehingga saya bisa datang di malam hari, ketika saya tiba di malam hari, manajer baru datang dan mengatakan bahwa saya harus membayar untuk 2 malam dan check out di pagi hari karena saya menginap Tidak mungkin di sini karena saya mengeluh karena kotoran dan kondisi kamarnya buruk, brankas mereka bahkan tidak berfungsi, setengah bola lampu tidak menyala, pada akhirnya saya pergi P. Malah hotelnya sudah tua, berantakan, semua furniture sudah tua dan berantakan, tidak akan bisa bersantai di sini, staf tidak suka jika Anda menunjuk semua yang dijelaskan, lampu mati di mana-mana di tempat, pintu dikunci dengan kunci sepeda dan untuk keluar Anda harus mencari staf.

The resort is wellmaintained, and the entire area is spotless. The staff is incredibly welcoming. The room is fantastic, spacious, unique, and the bathroom has a bathtub with a jacuzzi. Balcony with a view of the garden and the breathtaking view of the campuhan valley completes the experience. I highly recommend it!.

Anhera adalah hotel butik kecil dengan 8 suites yang terpisah dengan tataan taman yang spektakuler di bagian bukit. Sangat nyaman, lebih mewah. Wifi gratis, termasuk sarapan. Layanan sempurna. Mereka selalu membantu, sipa membawa kami dengan transportasinya berkeliling sekitar kota dan mengantar kami ke bandara dengan harga yang wajar. Sangat direkomendasikan.

Saya menginap 2 hari. Kelebihan: ada supermarket, kantor penukaran uang, banyak kafe, jalur seniman. Itu saja. Selebihnya, semuanya gagal total. Manajemen yang terhormat hotel ini memiliki potensi besar, terletak di atas bukit, memiliki beberapa tingkat, lokasi yang sangat bagus, staf yang baik, kamar besar dengan teras, di mana Anda hanya meminta untuk mengadakan barbekyu dan membuat sesuatu yang enak, tapi semuanya sangat buruk dan itu membuat saya sangat sedih! I had a great time here. This place is calm and not too far from the city center. The place is very clean. The staff was very friendly from the moment you arrived. The view is beautiful and the room is very spacious. If you are looking for nature, calm but not too far from the center, this is the place to be. I will definitely come back here.
