GAK LAGI" PESEN KAMAR DISINI! KAPOK !!! INI REVIEW JUJUR DAN ADA BUKTI SS CHATNYA YA. Kronologi: 1. Sy co via tiketdotcom after midnight dn baru dapet info kontak pihak owner/properti setelah co. Sampe lobby apart diinfo kalo info kunci dll dr wa pihak owner langsung. 2. Sy call pihak owner unit tidak respon, sy chat respon lama dn malah lampirin etiket orang lain (bukan atas nama sy). Udah respon lambat, gak jelas pula. Abis itu gk ada kelanjutan lagi. 3. Sy bolak balik kontak tiketdotcom berharap bisa segera dibantu tp tetep prosesnya jg gk bisa cepet. Pas ditelfon diinfo cs tiketdotcom udah konfirm sma pihak owner, PESANAN SY VALID TERDAFTAR DAN BISA DIAKOMODIR. Itulah kenapa saya mau tunggu walau lama. Bisa liat di SS, pihak owner malah lampirin etiket orang lain (bukan nama sy) dn malah nyuruh hubungi tiketdotcom aja karena PESANAN SY GK MASUK. KOCAK! 4. Putus asa nunggu lama gk ada info dr owner maupun tiketdotkom akhirnya saya minta refund. Singkat kata besoknya baru ada info refund ditolak dr pihak owner gk setuju. BILANG PESANAN GAK MASUK TAPI MINTA REFUND GAK DISETUJUI. Udah coba wa langsung ke CS Jowo Kluthuk yg terhormat gk ada balasan samsek. Heran, sebobrok itu pelayanannya. 5. Alasan gk bisa refund karena udah kebijakan owner dn di luar jam checkin, padahal co di aplikasi TIKETDOTCOM masih bisa, bahkan dr petugas lobby dn owner jg sempet ngproses dgn nanya data pemesanan dll, gk ada info udah gk bisa checkin artinya kan masih bisa checkin. Lain halnya kalo dr awal mereka langsung bilang udah gk bisa checkin. Pikir" lagi kalo mau pake akomodasi disini. Kecewa parah dan kapok! Sy kyk orang g*** nunggu di pinggir jalan dr malem sampe pagi, dr luar kota mau istirahat gk bisa padahal paginya ada kerjaan hanya KARENA OWNER PROPERTI MINIM RESPON DAN GAK JELAS. Tiketdotcom jg gak bisa bantu apa". RUGI WAKTU, TENAGA, PIKIRAN, DUIT. Berusaha sabar tapi ini keterlaluan. Gk pake fasilitas tapi duit amblas!!!!! Semua kendala ini gakkan terjadi kalo owner fast respon dn kasih info yg sesuai, sy bisa checkin, clear gk ada masalah. MAKAN TUH DUIT CUSTOMER YG KALIAN ZOLIMI!!!Popular Facilities
