ketika saya booking dan sudah pay, sampai dilokasi ternyata pihak hotel bilang kamar sudah soldout. terpaksa saya harus cari penginapan lain. saya complain setelah 1 minggu lebih kemudian baru direspon dan dana dikembalikan.. sangat low respon

Seprei dan sarung bantal kotor sekali, air panas tunggu diminta baru dihidupkan, coffee/tea maker tidak ada, dalam kamar nyamuk dan lalat jadi tidak bisa tidur, , air minum kemasan tidak ada, kamar mandi kecil sekali sempit buat mandi ga nyaman
