1. Nomor telepon hotel tidak sesuai, sangat minim informasi. 2. Request early checkin sesuai notes, ga bisa, dengan alasan kamar masih ada yang menghuni - ok setuju untuk checkin jam 2 siang (walaupun di aplikasi tertulis jam 1 siang). 3. Pengambilan kunci dengan orang yang berbeda-beda. 4. Lokasi hotel cukup strategis, tetapi kondisi bangunan sangat tidak siap huni. 5. Kamar hotel yang sebelumnya diinfokan sedang dibersihkan sebelum checkin, saat kami cek ke lokasi setelah terima kunci, sangat kotor. Sprei buluk, masih ada piring kotor, kamar mandi tidak terawat, banyak debu dan sangat tidak sesuai photo. 6. Ada deposit tambahan 100.000, bisa dikembalikan saat checkout, seharusnya ini tidak boleh dilakukan karena kami sudah satu pintu booking di tiketcom 7. Untuk free parking dan wifi tidak tersedia, padahal di informasi fasilitas disebutkan. 8. Banyak unit kamar yang kosong, dan berdebu seperti lama tidak ditinggali, lorong sangat gelap dan kotor, berasa horor. 9. Saya tidak jadi checkin karena kondisi kamar yang jorok dan tidak layak ditempatkan.Popular Facilities
