Pada saat Tami cek ini, resepsionis melayani kurang ramah, dikatakan belum terdata, diminta menunjukkan bukti bayar, padahal tamu saya sudah menunjukkan ID Pemesanan. Akhirnya, tamu saya menyambungkan saya dengan resepsionis tersebut. Di luar dugaan, ucapan resepsionis menunjukkan bukan orang yang terlatih melayani tamu. Betul betul seperti bukan resepsionis hotel. Sebaiknya hotel melakukan pelatihan pada resepsionis nya
