Saya pikir hotel ini bagus sesuai dengan review dan photonya ternyata lack of maintenance dan I think lack of management also. Saya coba booking 1 malam dan kalau ok Saya mau lanjut namun saat check in di depan Lobby sangat berantakan dimana ada vendor yang akan dekorasi wedding. Sangat di sayangkan even kita mau check in dan check out saja keluarnya sangat susah karena begitu berantakan dekorasi wedding tersebut. Sampai pagi hari saat Saya mau bfast Saya panggil fb team Saya komplain karena saya tidak bisa jala keluar dan security yang tidak berkepentingan menanyakan Saya dari room berapa saat Saya bfast. Can you imagine apa kontribusi seorang security terhadap tamu bfast????. Aneh aja karena saya juga hotelier. Next..kamar mandi yang bau dan tidak dibersihkan dengan bagus lalu yang paling Saya bertanya2 ada lampu tidur tanpa Saya tahu dimana harus nyolok karena sama sekali tidak ada colokan. Sarapan yang sama sekali tidak menggambarkan Bintang 3. Very worst. Saya tidak melihat ada spv atau Manager disana. Karena kekecewaan ini maka saya putuskan untuk tidak extend. To owner atau management, Wedding hanya sekali namun repeater guest akan selalu datang ketika mereka nyaman dengan hotel anda. Berikan tamu kenyamanan karena mereka akan datang kembali. Thank you
