Hotel ini cukup jauh dari tempat penyeberangan. Letaknya di tebing dan terdapat tempat bersantai di seberang hotel untuk menikmati matahari terbenam. Kamarnya bagus dan bersih. Sarapannya juga cukup lumayan. Stafnya sangat baik.

Stafnya ramah dan sangat membantu. Di hotel ini, yang membuat saya ingin kembali lagi adalah nasi gorengnya yang sangat lezat dan mie gorengnya yang luar biasa. Hotelnya bagus dan bersih, hanya saja showernya kurang cepat mengalir ke saluran pembuangan, sehingga menggenang di lantai yang penuh dengan bebatuan. Selain itu, semuanya baik-baik saja.

The booked rooms were full. But the replacement room exceed my expectations. Accessible from main road. Spacious parking lot. The ocean viewing angle to the North east and north west. You can still see Mount Agung in Bali mainland. More like a small 60sqm apartment with kitchen and sink along with 2 basins. Additional cookwares and dining wares upon request. Room has chiller and bathtub with outdoor semi private pool shared by 2 units only. All of this without any additional cost even after extending my stay +4 days from 2 days (t=6). Room for improvement: airconditioning may need an upgrade or additional unit to handle the room due to beach temperature in day time. Guests from 4 seasons climate countries may still be sweating. This is the best hotel to explore the northern town and eastern part of the island to the south. Wlll stay again if I ever come again to Nusa Penida.

Amazing! Beautiful ocean view, lovely staff, in an awesome island! It’s about a 15 min drive from the main harbor. The staff was beyond helpful.

This property has a lot of possibilities. The location is lovely, the rooms are spacious, and the property is large. The staff also takes every possible effort to provide solutions. However, many things were a total letdown. Our room was still not ready when we arrived at 3 am, and the shower handle broke. The room was still not ready when we came back from a day at 9 am, see the photos I provided and so we decided to switch rooms. The new room was adequate, but the electricity kept cutting in and out during the night, causing a restless night. Don't even start with the wifi and unfiltered coffee, both of which are inaccessible in hotels that don't have coffee. I understand this is difficult times and the staff keeps blaming problems to couid, but really, many things had nothing to do with the pandemic. The electricity, broken shower handle, no coffee, and not getting our room ready on time were nothing to do with the current situation. This is a great property that could be much better.

Hotel yang bersih dan bagus. Hanya saja untuk shower air kurang kencang alirannya ke pembuangan sehingga menggenang di lantai yang penuh bebatuan dan pintunya agak susah dikunci. Untuk selebihnya baik. Staff ramah dan sangat membantu.

Nice little hotel w 7 cabins. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. The bathrooms can get some facility upgrade and brighter lights. Other than that everything is good for a small hotel on a small island.

The staff were v nice, the food was ok (but better than the surrounding restaurants) and good value, it is hard to get anywhere without a scooter. The rooms are spacious and have bath / shower and space to sit.

This property has great potential. Location is gorgeous, rooms are spacious and the property is expansive. However, a few things were a complete let down. Despite being the only guests on the property, our room was still not ready by the time we showed up at 3 PM and the shower handle broke. By the time we returned from our day at 9 PM, the room was still not ready and so we decided to switch rooms. The new room was adequate, but throughout the night the electricity kept cutting in and out, which meant that the AC stopped and started incessantly; leading to a restless night. Don't even get me started on the WiFi and coffee; both of which were non-existent (which hotel doesn't have a coffee!?). The staff kept attributing issues to 'COVID', but honestly a lot of things had nothing to do with the pandemic - The electricity, broken shower handle, no coffee/wifi, and not getting our room ready on time have nothing to do with the current situation.
