The best location for the surrounding beaches, local, authentic, and rural. The staff is very nice and kind. Very good surf teacher, great place to practice yoga, nice swimming pool and 4 delicious breakfast options. I liked having a restaurant inside, good quality food and you dont have to go out when you are tired.

Kamar kami sangat mengerikan. Toilet duduk di kamar mandi rusak. Semuanya agak suram, kotor dan sangat kecil. Airnya tidak mengalir, ada nyamuk di mana-mana dan yang terpenting kami kedatangan tikus yang berkunjung. Sarapannya enak dan orangnya baik. Lokasinya juga bagus, cukup dekat dengan laut. Kami mungkin tidak akan kembali dalam keadaan apa pun.

The hostel looks exactly like the pictures, which is a big plus. Room and sheets were clean, beautiful decoration, nice granola bowls for breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, bad noise isolation of the room, so you can hear everything from your neighbors and the surrounding area of the guesthouse, including roosters, crying children, of course the prayer, but also talks from the house next door and from the common area. You can fill your water bottle for 2.000 rupiah, which is a great service and really environmentally friendly. You just learn that you can fill your bottle if you ask for it, easy to improve that fact just tell about it at checkin, no soap or shampoo in the holders, but we got some immediately after asking for it.

Kami sangat kecewa karena tidak ada persiapan saat kami tiba. Kamar pertama yang saya tunjukkan tidak memiliki air mengalir dan AC tidak berfungsi. Ada banyak serangga di tempat tidur dan setidaknya selusin nyamuk, baunya juga sangat menyengat. Di ruang ganti, begitu saya membuka pintu kamar mandi, saya melihat kecoa seukuran ibu jari dan ada noda urin di penutup toilet. Bukan ungkapan yang tepat untuk mengatakan bahwa tekanan air pancuran lemah. Itu mengalir dengan lancar. Air kolam renangnya tidak terawat sehingga hanya menjadi tempat penetasan jentik nyamuk. Hotel itu sendiri kecil, tapi hanya memiliki taman, satu kamar, dan pintu kaca. Ketika Anda membuka pintu, ada tempat tidur. Setiap kali ada masalah, staf selalu absen. Di era Corona, jika bisnis tidak bisa dikelola karena tidak ada pelanggan, sebaiknya jangan berbisnis saja. Kalaupun sudah dikelola, saya tidak mau kembali karena tata letak ruangannya. Layanan taksi yang saya terima saat pindah ke Pantai Kuta adalah (150.000 Rupee). Itu adalah Jeep yang lebih buruk daripada mobil-mobil tua di Kuba dan tanpa AC, seseorang harus jongkok di bagasi, menghirup debu dan asap knalpot. Kami telah bepergian ke beberapa negara dan saya dapat mengatakan bahwa ini adalah akomodasi terburuk sejauh ini. Kami saling menghibur dengan mengatakan kami sangat senang kami hanya memesan satu malam.

Saya melakukan pemesanan melalui dan mereka mengatakan kepada saya bahwa mereka harus membatalkan reservasi karena pemesanan tidak membayar mereka, sehingga saya harus berbicara dengan mereka secara pribadi. Ketika saya berbicara dengan mereka, mereka menawari saya harga yang jauh lebih tinggi dari harga yang saya pesan (lebih dari EUR 200). Saya memberi tahu mereka bahwa harga yang saya pesan di pemesanan lebih rendah dan mereka berhenti menjawab saya. Saya harus mengatur ulang sebagian besar perjalanan saya ke Indonesia karena reservasi saya dibatalkan. Banyak kurangnya profesionalisme.

The rooms are stylish, and the smoothie breakfast bowls are delicious! They also offer surf classes, which are very enjoyable! A perfect place to relax, surf, and do yoga. Lovely owners who really care about their guests. Ola is the best place to stay in selong belanak.

If youre searching for a homestay in the area, i highly recommend staying here. Ola is my favorite place to stay in lombok! The lodging is roomy and spotless, and the personnel is incredibly kind and accommodating. Its also a wonderful getaway to be in selong belanak. Gibran, their employee, also provides excellent surfing lessons!.

The beach and views are amazing, and the staff were also helpful and friendly. The breakfast is delicious. Great place to stay, perfect for backpackers. I really enjoyed my stay, really need to come back here, near selong belanak beach.

I recently spent my vacation at ola lombok. The hostel is beautifully designed and furnished, creating a cozy atmosphere. The staff members were exceptionally friendly. I enjoyed delicious breakfasts and dinners by the pool. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from selong belangak beach.

We stayed here for 3 days. The staff is amazing and helpful. Its a bit far from the beach, but if you have a bike it is fine and close. Unfortunately i dont drive a bike, there are many aggressive dogs around. No cafes and restaurants nearby. We ordered delivery pizza, delivery immediately. The swimming pool is not working, the breakfast is poor, pancake with a little bit of banana or omelette as you can see in the picture.

Fasilitasnya sendiri bagus, tetapi kamarnya sangat tua dan kumuh, toiletnya bernoda dan banyak nyamuk. Ruangan itu sangat kecil dan sayangnya komunikasi sangat buruk, sangat sulit untuk menghubungi seseorang secara online atau bahkan di resepsi. Kami membatalkan kamar kami dan pindah ke akomodasi lain yang harganya jauh lebih mahal. Kami hanya mendapat pengembalian dana sebagian kecil dari harga. Saya pasti akan merekomendasikan akomodasi ini.
