saya sdh transfer dan mau check in sampai di hotel malah di pinta bayar lagi 2x lipat dari harga hotel di tiket.com alasan resepsionis nya harga sudah tidak sesuai dgn yg di aplikasi udh gitu si recepsionis nya jelasin sambil ngedumel lagi ga ada ramah2 nya dkt.

Saran untuk manajemen hotel : 1. Apabila harga kamar tidak sesuai dengan aplikasi ajukan keberatan pada pihak aplikasi, jangan nyuruh konsumen komplain ke aplikasi. Konsumen itu taunya harga pas, bayar, dapat pelayanan. Soal harga sesuai atau tidak dengan pihak hotel, konsumen mana tau. 2. Perbaiki fasilitas hotel kalau tidak mau dikasih harga murah oleh aplikasi, agar tidak dianggap hotel murahan. 3. Pegawai hotel rajin-rajin pantau harga di aplikasi, kalau tidak cocok ya jangan tayang di aplikasi. 4. Pasang tarif kamar yang jelas di lobby hotel agar konsumen tau berapa tarif kamar permalam, jangan karena dapat harga dibawah standar hotel, kita disuruh nambah tarif yang tidak jelas tarifnya. Salam.
